Is anyone aware if promotion in Holland / Belgium is allowed? I do have some very high ranking domains which i have a project for in mind, i just dont want to be fined or have my affiliate account revoked.

Technically online gambling is currently not legal in Holland, this is all set to change though, as the Dutch Senate passed a bill back in February to legalise and regulate iGaming. Unlikely though to come into force until the start of 2021.

The Dutch regulator the KSA have not been slow in handing out fines to OPERATORS who they have found to be marketing in the Netherlands without a licence. See articles below for examples:

In terms of affiliates actually being in the sights of the KSA, nothing of note that I have heard and there are many affiliate sites that do treat Holland as their primary market, or at least one of them.

However, if in any doubt, proceed with caution.

Ah well i could throw up some pages, make it rank, and when it all happens make sure to put some cool providers on top of that.

Since Holland fines casinos for large amounts there are not that many cool providers there, and also you could be banned from affiliate programs right after you'll place their brands on holland gambling sites, so do everything really careful. You should ask brands before placing them.

Yep, i wrote a few, asking for permission to advertise for / in holland, and i got green light at two providers. I need a few more tho, but for now i'm good.
