Dunder casino verification

Hello, so i won money on dunder and reverified my accoubt but they want me to verify a payment i used over 4-5yrs ago. I have no idea which bank account its from or if its a card number. Ive had to change acciunts a few times over the years. So now I cannot withdraw and they said to figure it out myself. Any help? Its a decent withdrawal and its not right that i have to verify a oayment from 5 yrs ago after not playing on the casino for the same amount of years.

This doesn't surprise me as Dunder is run by the bunch at Casumo. Lots of issues with verification and SOW.

If u have same bank sins then it is possible. Can u logg in on your internetbank and se all cards u had in the past.

I'm sorry to hear. This is just so wrong. Don't even know what to say. A personal payment from 5!!!!!! years ago? Did you make any withdrawal before this one?
