Dr.bet are they Scam? my experience from UK

I wanted to dislike this site owing to the slightly unusual setup, but really couldn't fault it except for the fact that every hour their live support kept messaging me asking if I'm in control of my gambling, whilst playing 10p spins on money drain lol. Guess some might say that's them being responsible! However I never had any big cash outs so no idea if that would flag up issues.

I suppose given a well-run casino is a licence to print money, there is little sense in setting up a dodgy one. Whether it'll stay well run and profitable is of course another thing, with the profitable part informing the outcome of the well-run part!

Well chucked in a few 100 and played out the bonus without winning. But its good that from the moment you start to play on a bonus it is counting towards the bonus funds. But certain games such as bloodsuckers only count as 50% towards any wagering.

Did manage to cash out 600 waiting now to see how long it takes.

Games did load fast and spoke to live support who seemed quick and decent English. Checked RTPS as I went along and so far they seem to have the higher RTPS 96% region and so on.

Layout looks a bit dated fonts etc but other than that so far no issues. I will give them another go if no issues on the withdraw.

Actually I did have one compliant about the site, the very noticeable lag on games for winning and losing spins, depending on the provider. You knew if a win or loss was coming before the reels had stopped and that annoys me, but maybe I'm being picky!

update : Made a withdraw around 8pm last night back to my debit card. It was in my bank around 8am this morning. Not bad going. I will give them another shot. Plus good to play some games on higher RTPS.

What stops me having a go here is the terrible English, both in the promo emails and support emails. It's like they are using google translate, and while thats fine for basic everyday things (although not great) I would hate to come across a problem that was a bit out of the ordinary, as I think trying to explain something complicated to them would be a nightmare.

Can't play here anymore since I moved out the country as they have no euro license but every withdrawal was processed within 12 hours over Christmas and New Year when I played there.

Shame I can't play at Dr. Bet as I reopened my LeoVegas earlier this week only to be hit with a rtp drop!

My turn for some input and update!

I opened an account here on 31st March, 4 days back. No initial luck to point of a withdrawal, but had my chances. Anyway, late last night/early hours of this morning I hit a 2,407x at £1 a spin on L'il Devil. Played a bit more and opted to withdrawal £2,400 and went to bed. Checked a couple of hours back and withdrawal pending which was no real surprise as I am not verified there and amount over £2,000 which takes up to 48 hours for their due diligence to be completed, per their T&C's (yes, I actually read them!!).

Anyway, I fire off an email to them asking if I need to verify my account as the option was greyed out in the My Account section. No sooner had I sent that, I received an e-mail confirming withdrawal was processed and then another to verify my account. Hurrah, they have complied with UKGC licence rules by not holding up a withdrawal pending documentation! I scan docs and do the selfie and within 20 minutes I was verified.

Have to say, I am somewhat pleased with them so far. Yes, noted the concerns per previous comments, but given the casino has not delayed anything (which they could have done considering amount, I was unverified, etc) I think they have acted admirably and with integrity. Super quick responding to emails, verification, withdrawals, etc. I tend not to play with bonuses, so can't comment here.

One thing I also like is one licence to one platform, not one licence covering 20+ casino sites!

Now to eagerly await the receipt of my withdrawal. Unfortunately Tesco Bank takes a little longer to show the receipts unlike other big banks.

Maybe someone can direct the Casumo reps and various others (if there is one) to the above ;)

I've been verified and withdrew £1700 two days ago and still shows as pending !! I've tried support, and as nice as the may be they just keep saying there is no timescale for withdrawals but don't worry! Has anyone else had this ? Thanks!

'No timescale for withdrawals':eek2: - then wait for it to arrive, run away fast and don't deposit there again.

Not had massive withdrawals from there, a few in and around 200-300 but they were always paid within hours and appeared ok (though we know from Casumo and Trada how quickly that worm can turn)

Yes I know..like how long is a piece of string. I read reviews before hand and everyone commented on how speedy withdrawals were etc etc. I tried calling and they've said they are just support and you can't speak to anyone who deals with the withdrawals so guess I have to wait it out...away this weekend so would of been nice eh!

I've just checked and my verified status has done from verified to unverified because I deposited using the paysafe voucher and not on my paysafe account as it was only £25. I've fired off an email ! Yes all the reviews I've read no one really mentions any issues with withdrawals and the seem pretty positive so fingers crossed. Ive just had a 3 month dispute with jumpman gaming for them trying to steal my money...can't be bothered with another hahaha

All the withdrawals are being processed during business hours: 7 AM to 6 PM (GMT+2) on a daily basis. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is processed.
Unfortunately, I can not make a prediction about the timeframes, because it doesn't depend on me.

That was my chat response. I responded days/weeks he said it's not up to him haha

Well i forgot to update (too busy spending my winnings haha). About half an hour after my post and email my status was verified and my winnings were in my account about 20 minutes later! So I think I was a bit too sceptical haha and jumped the gun. I since made another withdrawl and that too was in my account within the hour ! So I've got from being wary to saying this is probably one of the best...and the quickest ! Sites and customer service can not be faulted!

i joined Dr.bet after reading these posts and i must say it was a pleasure to play again with proper rtp s i lost my first deposit and deposited again on friday £50 and got £17.50 bonus went onto my fav games, supe it up at £2.50 a pop got 4 scatters and 3 repeats never had that with the casinos at 92% (95.75)at Dr bet. then went onto avalon £2.00 a pop got feature and 4 repeats took me over £1300. played some more games withdrew £750 left some cash in to play later. now just waiting for it to hit my account.

Have to say I came back to this site after a while and although the website itself is a bit clunky, they are running all slots on the highest RTPs from what I can see. The difference in playing reactoonz on 96.7 and 91% on Mr Vegas is pretty noticeable. Also their support are quick and payouts quick too. Just goes to show there are still decent smaller operators out there!

I agree, haven't spent much time here as most of my gaming is Curacao based these days. But the RTPs are on the whole excellent. Prompt payouts and no funny business.

Gonzo's Quest Megaways is an outlier at 94.6%.

Website needs a complete overhaul. It shouldn't take 3 clicks to get to the slots page.

Sooo I just made a wee 20 quid deposit and got the match bonus loaded bonanza and hit this within first few spins.... can I forfeit the bonus funds and withdraw cash at this site as I hadn’t touched bonus funds yet so you know?

They were ok, until they stalled paying me (dunno how that even sits now) based on needing to supply a bank card.

Supplied it, it's now expired (it wouldn't have been if asked for it before now), and keep on coming back saying it's out of date, supply a new one. But the new ones card number is different to one it's replaced. Now saying it's not the same card and the circle of life continues.

Sweet Baby Jesus and this is their reply: Grade A bullshit

David
I kindly ask you to contact your bank and ask them to provide you with a confirmation letter that this card belongs to you. Or it can be a bank statement where we can see your full name, date, and the requisites of this card.

Then proceeds to tell me they can't help as they don't check the cards?

Fairly common that, unfortunately. Not specifically with this casino; your bank will write a letter confirming your card history on request. They may charge you for it though.

Not that common to be honest, given my first ever encounter with such in 10yrs.

Baffling how they have on their side card ending 1234, you supply it (even though it's been used for over a year) and they go no. Still BS IMO.

Anyway, managed to get it through after a rather long winded email so Numpties 1-9 were saved by the less Numpty number 10 who actually understood what i was saying.

I wasn't for phoning the bank for it, let along paying for the privilege

Aye, when I last needed one, my local branch wrote it for free. Luckily I worked next door to the branch at the time, otherwise it would’ve been a tremendous hassle.

This site seems good, pays out quickly, but I can’t shake that something about it doesn’t feel quite right. I think it’s the uniquely broken English, which makes it feel like an unlicensed site.

Still confused why most UK sites never ask for it, yet these places insist on it.

Might kinda understand (though not really), if i had no copies of the card, but i did so getting a letter from the bank would not prove anything more than, er, the copy i had - very weird, might have been a language barrier as pretty sure the first set of guys didn't have a clue what i was saying.

Yeah, it does seem a weird site; previous W/D all paid fine but it does have a look of a Walter White Car Wash set up about it.

Russian mafia is my hunch

I've been playing there a lot recently and have to say had no issues at all. Their support are always available and withdrawals processed really quickly. Games on the top RTPs, makes a difference to my eternal losing streak at Videoslots. The grammar is terrible on the website true. Has anyone figured out who is behind the whole setup?

Just to add I had a quick read on trust pilot to see what others said out of curiosity. Seems there is a barrage of 1 star reviews that is mostly players who have lost money and then blame the casino being rigged etc, few verification issues, then some glowing 5 star reviews that all seem a bit too positive, with odd English to boot. However I trust what people say here and most in this thread I started ages ago seem to have had a good experience!

I wouldn’t bother with trust pilot tbh

I agree. The line up of slots is quite light, too. A fairly small selection from most providers.

Dr.bet still have autoplay enabled for some UK facing Pariplay games.

And their real-time win/loss display, on some games, shows the max win and the RTP as well as the win/loss (kudos for that).

The site is still quite weird, and no new games have been added for eons.
