Don't use Winz as a Sportsbook

So I already posted about Winz but now I have an actual complaint.

I placed a live bet on the tennis. It was one set all and the score was 15-15.

The ods were 1.40. It took more than 30 seconds to accept the bet. It accepted the bet with ods of 1.34 and when it accepted the bet the score was now 30-40. The player I backed was broken five seconds later. The issue I have is, the live bets should not take this long to accept and it accepted different ods to $1.40.

The irony is the settings were set to "do not accept changes" so it should not have accepted any bet other than $1.40.

From my experience betting with them, it seems like it takes long enough for the ods to change in their favour. As soon as the bet was placed I went on live chat and asked them to void it but I got the usual reply of "we will forward it to a specific team to review" who will no doubt come back and say everything was fine.

They came back and said tough shit, bet stands.

I will be giving this casino a hard pass now. I know they rank high here but for me they lack integrity and I can't trust them to correctly place bets.

If odds changed and it accepted the change despite the user having it set to not accept any odds changes, then damn, that's pretty bad. 30 seconds to accept is also a joke, of course the odds will likely change at least once within that time. Nice to know they aren't bothered if ceartin things like the 'do not accept changes' option doesn't acyually do what it says its supposed to do. Bajesus.
I generally get pissed over waiting more than 5 or 6 seconds for a bet to accept :/
