Great win Shamus I do enjoy your videos You are always very polite and you handled that situation with the janitor well. If it was me I'd have slapped him or something out of reflex. Again kudos to you for handling the whole situation well and also for not turning it into a huge drama

Well ... that is a First Nations run (native) casino. The rules get a little fuzzy when a tribe is involved -- so I adjust my expectations accordingly. I never wanted to get staff in trouble ... so I downplayed the whole event. The janitor in question needed to know that other patrons might charge him with "simple assault" especially in the US where the legal system is very active in such matters.
