For 5 days I have waited for my free 20$ to come after sending support an e-mail and I have logged on about 30 times now to check if live chat was available,it is never.Even right now in the full moon phase still unavail

their livechat is always unavailable and their regular reply time to emails is 1-2 days. i also have some balance there but need to deposit for cash out.but iam really thinking twice, they seem legit, but their reply etc is pretty lame.
