Question Does N1 Interactive Ltd have Rep anymore? (Samosa casino)

Company called N1 interactive Ltd but only Part of this company follow guidelines of MGA. Its like there is IKEA but 80% of them cheat , stall, lie to customers and 20 % say we have nothing to do with rest of The company

Hello Max,
It is necessary to make a small clarification on our part: N1 Partners casino group includes only DasIst Casino, Joo Casino, N1 Casino, Slot Hunter Casino and N1Bet Casino.
We do not deal with complaints of other casinos.

Every new question they Ask = they cancel pending withdrawal.... This IS absolutely nothing More than delay tactics ordered by heads of company

But the other casinos, are they owned by you? Does the revenue generated by them go to the same owners?

Thank you, but it has to be said that you guys aren't making it any easier to understand all this. I've just taken the following text from the websites 5 minutes ago:
Slothunter.com is owned and operated by N1 Interactive Ltd
DasIstCasino.com is owned and operated by N1 Interactive Ltd
These are just two examples because I remembered the URLs off the top of my head, I did not go through the whole list.

I hope you can see the confusion this causes, and frankly the concern that we are being misled.

If you could specify what it means when you say "N1 Partners casino group includes" when you name the casinos that might help us understand.
Does it mean N1 Partners manages these casinos while the rest are managed by others?

- Max

Sorry but you must admit that this is getting ridicilous with N1 group.. For real, they ask me my payslips from time i havent spent single euro at their casino. Makes me just wonder why they are collecting these documents from all players .. I wouldnt be surprised that soon there is someone using my personal details in Russia etc....
Sure it may seem ridiculous, but don't let it get to you. You lose an argument as soon as you make personal attacks - ad hominem.

And this SOW request is coming from the MGA regs. I don't think there are many Russian operators in Malta.

For the record, I'm just as confused too. :what:

That is a crock of doodoo. So you are saying to our members - "no help here - go elsewhere to another site to have your problems resolved?"

That is BS.

@curremon - please submit a PAB and we'll take care of this for you.

If your claim requires an immediate attention, we advise you to contact the forums where Samosa casino has representatives who can guide you through verification issues.
And it would behove you to explain to our members the exact relationship your casino(s) have with all the N1 interactive brands. As an Accredited Casino rep, we expect a bit more than what you have explained already.

Well - it seems that no one wants to explain anything here. N1 partners has washed their hands of this - telling us that they have nothing to do with this casino even though the N1 partner group of casinos are owned by N1 Interactive. :what:

Samsoa casino is aware of this thread - but they are sitting on their hands figuring it will just go away.

My suggestion would be to avoid Samosa casino, cash out if possible, and patronise a casino that gives a flying rat's ass about their players. It's pretty obvious that Samosa casino could not care less about this.

Would would assume to avoid both N1s casinos until this has been cleared up, as it seems they are connected in some way.

Maybe put up a warning/notice about all of the casinos owned/operated by N1 partner group and N1 Interactive?
Atleast until this has all been cleared up?

Hello.

I know there IS Rep For N1 partners but is there one For rest of them ?
Hello @curremon ,

First of all, our apologies for the late reply on this matter, as mentioned by @LadyJelena we had an old account here which was dormant and we just heard about your issue the other day, and since then we have investigated your case to see what actually happened regards to your SOW verification.

Samosa Casino operates under an MGA licence issued to N1 Interactive Limited. Provided that Maltese law has strict regulations designed against money laundering and financial terrorism, casinos operating under an MGA license could at their own discretion require the players to comply with enhanced due diligence procedures by providing proof of source of wealth and source of funds documents.

With this said, you have reached a certain accumulated level of activity in several N1 Interactive Limited licensed casinos, which in turn required us to request these additional documents. All according to MGA license requirements.

I understand that this verification process can be a bit of a pain, and especially to have withdrawal paid from an account which you have not used for a long period of time, however, this is something that we were required to request at this time.
Your withdrawal was paid shortly after you opened this thread and funds should have arrived.

I would also like to thank you for addressing the facts that we had some misinformation on our FAQ page in your language which now has been addressed and changed so that it matches our Payments page.

If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Kindest regards,
Anton

Good that 0€ i deposited during that time you requested documents was not criminally achieved money!

First of all. Maybe give this info to your support so they can clarify why all this is happened.. Even tho i havent played at any n1 casino in ages, atleast not amounts more than 20€ .... If they had just told me that its ALL casinos connected and then you request SOW, it would have given me some more idea whats going on.. Now it seemed just delay tactic. "if he doesnt send all these 40 documents , we dont have to pay"...

So what you are saying here. If player has spent 20000 accross all n1 casinos you demand SOW ? And what are all these casinos ? Rest n1 ones outside partners group ?
