First of all, our apologies for the late reply on this matter, as mentioned by
@LadyJelena we had an old account here which was dormant and we just heard about your issue the other day, and since then we have investigated your case to see what actually happened regards to your SOW verification.

Provided that Maltese law has strict regulations designed against money laundering and financial terrorism, casinos operating under an MGA license could at their own discretion require the players to comply with enhanced due diligence procedures by providing proof of source of wealth and source of funds documents.
With this said, you have reached a certain accumulated level of activity in several N1 Interactive Limited licensed casinos, which in turn required us to request these additional documents. All according to MGA license requirements.
