It's actually a casino itself, one desperate fucker from Aspire Global (lol), to get a few extra sign-ups. I haven't looked at it closer, but i'm sure they had similar looking ads running with All British as well.

They are not licensed by the UKGC so the rep is only ever going to publicly toe the line. Don’t expect anything else.

yep which is why the stop and step should not have been promoting the casino on his YT chan to UK players. How many will fall into the trap thinking they are safe playing there only to be hit with KYC later on. Decent number of cryptos now who dont require anything but never thought that bit starz was one of them.
