Hi

Does anyone here play on bitcoin casinos?

The thing I like about them is that on most bitcoin casino sites the bitcoins you receive instantly. Then you trade them for real money (which takes about an hour).

I won't mention sites, but I'm sure you'll find good ones in google.

Nowadays I only really play on bitcoin casinos, because of the instant withdrawals. Don't mind playing on videoslots as well with real money.

Once you get your head round bitcoins its really easy to trade and get cash.

What's everyones thoughts on bitcoin casinos?

Cheers.

My thoughts are bitcoin is used for a lot of dodgy purposes and I don't want connected with it.

If I was a USA player I might feel differently and I can understand why they would use it but for an online gambling legal country lol no. As a UK player in a fully regulated and pretty free market where my debit card works and I have neteller/skrill available as well, it is not necessary to go to bitcoin, nor is it a good idea.

I have read instances of people having their bank accounts closed and they have been involved with bitcoins. Not surprising and understandable to me.

Rather play with GBP, I know where I'm at then  And if I make a withdrawal, I get that exact amount  I've played with Euros though, about as far as I'll go when it comes to playing with different currencies.

I love Bitcoin and particularly gambling with Bitcoin
The instant deposits and instant withdrawals without even having to register or send Kyc docs is my main reason for using Bitcoin in the casinos accepting them, I prefer playing on dice sites , high lo and blackjack only casinos as they completely anonamys and the house edge on some them is as low as 0.8% lately I've been cashing out more on dice sites with min deposit and withdrawing at least 100 to 200x my deposit , Netteller also accepts Bitcoin deposits with a fee of only 1% I think it's particularly great that it allows players from all over the world to play without worring about regulations and laws concerning Gambling where they located , here in South Africa Bitcoin is completely confusing the very mentally handicapped government which is great to see And even better it can't be taxed here either

So...it circumvents laws that help shield players, is accepted globally, favoured by the criminal element and contributes nothing to that nation's economy.

where do I sign up??

Bitcoins more than meets the eye

Well I suggest just reading up a bit on it and I promise you it will show you how flawed the current banking system and world fiat currency prices are seriously flawed ,
The criminal stigma with Bitcoin is in my opinion exaggerated and purposely advertised to try and detour the public from a seeing what a better system it is vs our current system where banks print money from nothing to lend it out for interest and as we all know inflation rises and we have these recessions ect the list goes on and on
Bitcoin allows you to be your own bank , no banks and middlemen with thier hidden fees ect and every transaction can be viewed in realtime on the Blockchain so it's transparent reflecting how the currency is growing and thriving , not like the banks and reserves printing money from nothing and us blindly trusting the thier weak efforts of control
My apologies for the strange reply here but I'm a Bitcoin enthusiast and get excited when ever I come across chit chat about it :D

Any ability to transact financially completely anonymously is going to attract a huge amount of criminals and criminal activity, there is no exaggeration there.

Agreed but

Any ability to transact financially completely anonymously is going to attract a huge amount of criminals and criminal activity, there is no exaggeration there.

True but bitcoin transactions are not completely anonymous as all transactions can be traced and tracked via the Blockchain it's very transparent , but you are correct that criminal activities are rife with Bitcoin but so were the very first motor vehicles that were launched years ago as criminals would use them as getaway vehicles for cash heists , most new tech and innovations in thier infant stages are used for crime I guess :(

Just to mention that you can deposit money into your Neteller account using Bitcoins :)

This is exactly why casinos should be dumping Bitcoins - it's a problem gambler's nightmare. There must be full due diligence on the casino's part to ensure people who should not be playing at a casino's website are not playing there.

Standards for Accredited Casinos

Must process KYC (Know Your Customer) documents: confirm validity while ensuring personal privacy is upheld.

I have been using bitcoin as a deposit method for a couple months at 2 sites.

I have not had a chance to withdraw via this method yet.

I have had no problems.

CM members calling for casinos to drop bitcoin as an option bothers me.

Of course, being in the states, I don't have a lot of choices.

EDIT) """"Standards for Accredited Casinos

When I joined Circle, I had to get verified, including an instant, phone taken, photo of myself with ID in hand.

Is that not confirming identity?

Anyone can recommend any good bitcoin casino with rtg games for usa players? Anonomus preferred

Valid point

You make a valid point in regard to problem gamblers and gambling addiction so I guess Kyc is vital but Bitcoin casinos have proven along with a few handful of fiat casinos that payouts can be processed instantly and fiat currency casinos should mimic Bitcoin in the payout process to ewallets ,
I do however think that the Bitcoin hi lo and dice sites are well suited for not inforcing Kyc , I know I I wouldn't go through the tedious process of verification just for a few rolls or cheap thrills :what:
So I guess Kyc is essential but in relation to the gambling site you playing at in my opinion :eek2:

I also do think so. Bitcoin is rather good payment method for any business which operates online, that includes casinos. From one hand anyone can purchase bitcoin (including underaged and addictive gamblers) and use it for depositing/withdrawal purposes. On the other hand it is very convenient to instantly withdraw and deposit funds to/from your account. Also it grants more privacy for players, but as I said - privacy comes with a price.:eek2:

this has to be the worst option ive ever seen in my life.

I cashed out $2500 USD via bitcoin. I logged in an hour later to transfer and sell my bitcoins only to see the market dropped in that hour and so far my money is now worth over $200 less.

So now im sitting here waiting for it to go up.

What a disasterous option to use

Well I guess I will be the first US player beside's one to sound off about the BTC and the other option's left open to we few US player's. I see all of this breaking of law's and the "CRIMINAL ELEMENT" talk going on mainly by EU player;s who don't have the problem's we US player's have when I win I want my winning's and if BTC afford's me the good grace too pay me in an instant. Then I'am all for it.

And truly like Bryan has stated more than once we US player's have no alternative but to find the most useful method's to collect our winning's.We are a part of the criminal element as I play in a country that ignores my wishes and out law's my pleasure's.

Once again we can clearly see the distance between the US player's and the legal player's end of it in the EU and other part's of this big world. I'm glad for BTC and it has helped me to collect all of my winning's in the past few month's after the CARDPAY system took a hike.

Some may disagree but if you were in my shoe's (WHAT WOULD YA DO!) Hip Hooray for BTC and the chance's that it gives me to be a PAID player. :yahoo::yahoo::cheers: Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff
