hi guys. so i deposited early hours of the morning, but my welcome deposit bonus was not credited. I have contacted them via email support but it has been 12 hours without a response. And their live support has not worked all day.
I am getting a bit worried about this website, as that is a long time for an initial response. Any help or sugestionns would be appreciated, thank you!

This is what concerns me. Surely a casino would be staffed at this busy time. live support fair enough but there should be someone around to answer emails.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer than 12 hours for them to respond to e-mails. You will probably hear back from them soon. Another thing you could try is the live chat for sister casinos Casinoluck or Next Casino although that can be a bit hit or miss at times too. They do answer e-mails though.
