Hi all,

Just thought I'd share this. I received an email from Jetbull stating the following:

Hello,

You got 50 FREE SPINS waiting!

Simply make a deposit of at least €20, or equivalent in your preferred currency, and you will get 50*free chances to win!*

The 50 Free Spins can be played on the following slots, whether you play on your computer or mobile *device: Aliens, Starburst, Dead or Alive, Wild Water, Twin Spin and Hall of Gods*

*The Hall of Gods jackpot just keeps getting bigger, and is now at €6,154,362.*No one knows how big it will get before*someone takes it down, but someone will do just that. It could be you!

Now my issue with this is it is clearly misleading. Jetbull's free spins terms state that after wr are met, a max cash out of any winnings is capped at $100, even if a qualifying deposit was required to receive the spins. This term obviously means the email sent regarding the hall of God's jackpot is completely misleading, and roguish in my opinion. They are clearly selling the offer under the pretence that the jackpot is winnerble, however all you can win is $100, even if the jackpot is hit.

When I questioned their support, and indicated this is misleading, their response was even more concerning, as I was told that this is their terms, and they can enforce them as they please. They then thanked me for my patience in the matter.

Personally, I did qualify for the spins, however I won't be accepting them, and will instead be closing my account, and avoiding this casino at all costs in the future.

This was another casino I joined via the pogg that has turned out to be a little shady. Players beware misleading offers.

Couple of things.

Casino Luck has the same terms (sister casino) so if you play their, its just a FYI. Both Jetbull and Casino Luck are good casinos but I do agree that the one thing they are failing at is the way they do free spin offers etc.

Also on the jackpot part, AFAIK none of the Netent jackpots can be won with free spin offers, so its impossible to win them during those initial 50 spins, however if it was with the winnings you would be quite pissed off.

That's where I commend Gut and Redbet as they never send out any of these *Here is 50 free spins on Mega Fortune, the jackpot could be yours* rubbish.

I'm fairly sure the $100 cap with casino luck only applies to free spins offered to non depositing players. Hence Jetbull is in a category all their own. They obviously have the right to enforce any term they want, however that doesn't excuse the misleading emails that are clearly making false claims to get customers to deposit. This would be worthy of the rogue pit imo, because it's clearly trying to profit by false claims. If they are a sister site of luck, I'll be closing that account, as well as next casino. Not good enough.

But the deposit is at least not connected to the free spins offer. I mean you can play that first and cash out...then you go for the free spins.
I agree about the rest though. It's misleaing to even mention a progressive in the offer.

..and if I remember correct then the rep for casino luck said not so long ago, that they had removed the cap of $100 from free spin winnings.

exactly the reason why i dont depsoit @ jetbull anymore. Hate these misleading freespin offers, they attach a maxcashout of 100 to freespins which you have to deposit for, a clear no-go imo. I checked this 1 week ago with support and they conformed the maxcashout.

What would happen if you hit a jp with these, i dont know but wont try it anyway.

if they would change this rule i would deposit with them, otherwise no way.

cheers

Yeah they should have never included Hall of Gods on the free spins list with the extra info that the Jackpot is at at €6,154,362.

This is clearly baiting players into playing Hall of Gods when in actual fact you can't win a jackpot with free spins.

As far as max cash out is concerned they should have clearly stated how much is cashable on the offer. Poor!!

Side Note: Jetbull is not part of the CasinoLuck/Next Casino family.

Hello,

Please let me clarify:

No jackpots are affected by this €100 cap on free spins winnings, and will be paid in full. We are updating the terms today.
Basically the amendment will read: "This limitation does not apply to Progressive Jackpot wins."

Thanks for bringing this up!

PS: We would never have held back a jackpot won with free spins or winnings from free spins even before updating terms, nor would we be allowed to by any of our software providers, in this case Net Entertainment.

All the best,

Stian

Casinojetboo is Jetbull's sister casino. I have an ongoing PAB with them relating to only being allowed a max cashout of just €100 after clearing their 100% €100 FDB (35xD+B) - I would avoid this group at all costs.

With an ongoing PAB you should not post about them, that could destroy your chances.

This is commendable, and I'm glad you are fixing the issue, however I hope you also notify your cs regarding your correct terms etc, as when I contacted them for clarification, they had a very different opinion to you, on the terms regarding jackpots and free spins.

When I advised your cs that offering free spins on a progressive slot with a max win cap of $100 was misleading, the exact response I got was:

"The max cash out from free spins is $100 as per our terms. It is our right to limit the winnings for any free promotions released from our side. We appreciate your patience and understanding!"

It definitely is your right, however as it is deemed misleading and untrustworthy, upholding that right will be at the expense of losing many customers. Change the terms, and emails, and you may save some credit, but considering the terms, email, and cs rep all contradict your advice, I have my doubts as to what can be trusted.

JetbullCasino, can you please explain this:

I signed up through the Pogg's exclusive offer of 150% deposit match plus 50 free spins. I also received your email promo clearly stating this:

PS: You can combine your 50 Free Spins with any deposit bonus offer available. All available bonuses appear on the deposit page when you select to deposit to Main account.

So I took the email offer and was credited the 50 free spins, however now your CS is telling me I can't redeem the additional 50 free spins from the first deposit bonus from the Pogg that I originally claimed.

Please explain, as this is another misleading bit of information your casino is claiming. As per your own words in the email, I should be eligible for both free spin offers.

Some players on a swedish gambling forum (sub) asked a netent casino (i think it was betsson or betsafe) about what would happen if you know the jackpot on freespins and if it was available. If i remember it correctly they said that the progressive could indeed be won on freespins but that the casino had the decision to make it available.

Hi Azzurri,

Rest assured - it does not apply to jackpots, as stated in previous post. Support team are aware of this, and has also been informed about the amendment to our terms today, which clearly states that a free spin winning cap does not apply to progressive jackpots. I apologize for the wrongful information you got from support and I will most definitely bring it up with them.

Cheers,

Hi again Azzurri,

Free Spins can be combined with any deposit bonus indeed. However, a single deposit cannot trigger two different free spins offers. I got your PM about this, so will get back to you there and sort it out :)

Cheers,

Stian

If i remember it correctly they said that the progressive could indeed be won on freespins but that the casino had the decision to make it available.

Can you provide me a link to that thread? It's very interesting since we from trusted sources here have heard that they can't be won on free rounds.

I don't think your intentions are bad, but you must clear up your communications to avoid these issues. By clearly stating the email offer can be combined with any other deposit bonus offer, does not specify that only one lot of 50 free spins can be claimed with any one deposit.

The Pogg's offer, was one single combined deposit bonus offer of 150% match and 50 free spins, as a package. This would constitute another deposit bonus offer, as per your email instructions. It may not to you, but to the customer, the Pogg's offer is one singular combined first deposit deal.

I'm not really fussed, as $100 max on winnings is hardly worth it, even if you offered 1,000 free spins. However it's the principle, and I am on a self imposed quest to expose casinos whom don't use clear instructions, as the casino is the first to expose players during any disagreement regarding terms, therefore I feel it is necessary for all casinos to make their terms clear enough to remove all doubt.

Personally, you can keep all your free spins, as I'd rather put pins in my finger nails than have to wager thousands to hopefully withdraw $100. No disrespect, as these are only my opinions, but when you have places like Guts and Redbet who don't have max cash out on free spins, what is the incentive to play with you besides an initial deposit match?

Honor your offers, or don't send them. It's fairly black and white, and so your terms should be.

We do NOT have any max win on free spins

Hi all,

I saw our site(s) mentioned in this thread with some wrong information.

1. We are not affiliated, grouped or in any way work together with the brand Jetbull. They are actually competitiors of ours. They just happen to use the same platform as we do, like 20+ other brands.

2. We do NOT have any max cashout on free spins on either CasinoLuck or NextCasino. We had such a term before but it was removed more than 6 months ago!

:)

Cheers!

I did try clarifying that for you earlier in the thread Eric.

I didn't think you'd be affiliated with this mob, and I proved it by depositing at Luck and Next only hours ago. No luck as usual, but one day I'll make your bankers earn their wage and make a withdrawal to my account, lol.

I just nearly joined up via the pogg's site. it seemed like a good deal, even without the 50 free spins 150% @ 30xB :)

ScreenHunter_89 May. 08 18.09.webp

But after checking the T&C on the pogg's offer page at jetbull it's actually 30x D+B which actually equals 50xB.

ScreenHunter_91 May. 08 18.11.webp

So, I'll maybe not bother after all

No wonder I couldn't make wr after some big wins.

That pisses me of, as I thought it was 30x bonus also. My fault for not checking the terms, but thought the Pogg was reliable.
