Deposit Issues - Any ideas on this...

Morning folks,
All of a sudden this weekend I starting having deposit issues with CWC. Every time I hit submit on my deposit it processes, goes to "Verified by Visa", then the "Don't hit your back button-you will be forwarded" comes up - all normal. Then I get this message " 1.0.25Failed to establish a backside connection"

I talked to one of the chat reps and he didn't know, said he'd never seen it before. This was on my home computer so I tried this morning with my work computer and I just got the same thing. Anyone experiencing anything like this or is it just me? Any thoughts? Or am I just done being able to deposit? The whole thing is a bummer and frustrating....

Has happened to me occasionally over the years.
Yours might be a different situation...
But do phone your bank to query the issue.
They're not usually much interested in controlling your affairs, seems at times the account might be flagged when something about a transaction catches their attention.
Latest for me was when I inadvertently hit the caps key while putting in the password.
That was sufficient for them to deny any further transactions until I notified them of a problem and verified it was ME what did it:)
I wasn't too happy initially because there'd been no explanation and I assumed it was at the merchant end...

Anyway, stay cool - the bank's simply looking after your interests...
and the operator certainly wasn't giving me any grief about it being for "gambling" purposes!

As you are in the states , I would contact the bank if you are using a bank card and ask them if they are putting a hold on international online purchases and if asked by them if you have tried to make these purchases tell them yes , that you shop online and sometimes the purchases are made outside the US , they will then remove any international blocks , this has happened to me in the past but I never devulged it was for gaming , just shopping online for gifts and trinkets, ect.

Sometimes it is whom the casino uses to push the deposits through and they are having issues , this has been known to happen alot.
If it is a prepaid card , make sure you call and check the balance as sometimes they will put a hold on past amount spent till they clear, most times if you have used the card to buy gas at the pump or have made many purchaces.
There are so many reasons a card could have trouble going through in the US but we know this is now the norm for us and other players that are being restricted from playing.

Actually, it denied my transactions a couple times first so I did call my bank fraud department assuming they'd blocked the card. The guy told me no, the card was fine, it's not blocked and transactions should be going through. It always stresses me out to call the bank when the card occasionally gets blocked, sucked to call and find out there wasn't even a block! LOL

That's why I think it's something on their end. I've sent the support an email and they are looking into it.

This happened to me at Sloto, I PM'd Georgina, when she investigated she stated it was something on their end (which I am sure means the processor got fingered for these type of transactions), I tried it a few days later and it worked again but with a different transaction name.

I've talked to 3 different chat people plus the support team is supposed to be checking into it. I did a Facebook charge of a $1 just to see if it went through and it did with no issues. I've never had the bank just put a stop on "international" purchases and not ALL purchases so I don't think that's it. I tried again a little bit ago and this time it came back with Declined. So...long and short of it is they get no money from me I guess until they can figure it out! But I'm having withdrawals. :eek2:

My cards that used to work fine at CW and Sloto haven't worked there in months now, but work fine at INet and JC. However... please watch your card balance like a hawk, sometimes those failed or declined transactions might get taken out anyway and not show up for hours later.

I finally used my Paste and Pay which worked great until I went to do a 3rd transaction today. Apparently you are only allowed 2 in 24 hours. Grrrrrr...

I watch my account every day, I don't trust the processors!
