Dear Jackpot Capital, how are you accredited when I am so unhappy?

I guess one would have to win to witness your payouts, which I can't seem to do ever at this casino after playing over two years. Why don't you offer an online chat with other players like you do with your helpdesk so we can see if others feel the same? And why are your bonuses pathetic with the limited withdrawal, even for the highest VIP status?

Well, given you've been a member for 8 years, you would already know that accreditation is based on:

1. The availability of online chat

2. The number of bonuses offered

3. The generosity of bonuses I.e. the higher the bonus, and lower the WR, the the more accredited they become

4. The VIP perks offered

5. The payout percentages

6. How often everyone cashes out there on average

So, I guess you can answer your own questions now :)

I do, however, think it is terrible that in two years you were NEVER in a position to cash out. Must be some kind of record.

I really think the OP should change his/her forum name to 'sulkie'. One has a choice not to play at a particular casino or even not play at all. Accreditation is based on a basket of factors. If there is proof that the overall RTP is far lower than advertised by all means show it. However, an individual's RTP may be much lower or even much higher.

Had some luck at Jackpot Capital in the past

I have had only one cashout in 2 years at Inetbet but have cashed out $3000 twice at Jackpot Capital and check came within a week- just bad luck at this casino for you- I thought their bonuses were pretty good- took a break with their group and Club World because I was losing too much. Hope your luck improves.

limited cashouts?

Are you sure they have limited cashouts on their deposit match bonuses? I don't recall that was the case.

I get that you maybe angry, but its hardly JC fault.

JC do not control the payouts of their games. JC is the only RTG casino that I still play at, I do not deposit as much as I used to due the changes in withdrawal times but they are one casino that I have made more cashouts on free chips than anything and haven't had the ban hammer and have always been paid.

You are right on their bonuses, they are pretty steep on the WR but you are not forced to take them.

Maybe next time you are even just $20 up, cashout so you feel that little bit better.

Jackpot Capital YES

I have played here for years and although I am by no means a winner (most gamblers aren't) they have been very generous in their bonuses.
I live in the US and I get free play and deposit bonuses monthly and sometimes more than once a month! I have also cashed out a few times and
they are very prompt in getting my check to me.
I play for entertainment in the comfort of my home and just like the land casinos you "ain't going to win for the most part, but when you do it's a rush and
lots of fun.
I wish you all better luck, but I don't think it's the casino it's just luck.

You are correct , JPC has only a 5 x cashout only on free money , ie , bonus comps, birthday ,ect , just like any other casino group only the playthough is higher 30 to 60 x !

I wish you better luck in the future , try switching to another casino group for awhile, Club World , InetBet are a couple that come to mind right off:thumbsup:

I have been on a losing streak for many a year , so don't feel your the only one , this is why it's called gambling:D

So funny - at least learn to spell if you are going to change my name genius. "One has a choice to learn how to spell correctly if they are going to post a comment. " It would be Sulky not 'sulkie'. I don't think I have the power to access their overall RTP, but I'm pretty positive it is far lower than advertised.

Should you ever win a random jackpot or 2 (at JC or any other RTG) I don't doubt that your personal RTP would approach expected levels. I know the RJ are not supposed to be that big a deal when looking at RTPs, but dang it, they ARE included in the casino figures and if a player never hits a random I feel (MO only) the personal RTPs are going to be low on RTG slots.

Fairly certain he wasn't trying to spell the name correctly, and only meant to change a few letters.

And this thread title should be changed as it doesn't fit the thread, and is misleading. One should learn the correct way of naming a thread.

How are they very generous in their bonuses? My experience is they give 50% and 100% bonuses. 30x play through is no bargin. Someone is crazy to take 50% to then have 30x tied to your balance. Club world groups do go lower than 30%. Then their ND deposit is 60x. Absolutely crazy especially when they only allow you to cash out 5x? I can't believe thy don't lower their ND playthrough based upon someone's VIP.

How about those monthly contests giving away $260,000 that is given away as a bonus with your standard 60x playthrough and 5x max cash? Maybe that's why some say its tight, all those bonuses being spun, if people reach that 60x I'm sure that's taking up some of that rtp. Its actually quite genius for the casino to have so much money in play with restrictions.

Yes they get a good name for their payouts, I am just not sure how there are not other people that see these bonus terms as a little excessive.

It's insanely excessive. I think this stance was taken primarily as a result of the amount of Bonuses they dish out. It was common to see a $150 No Deposit Chip from them in the mail.

That has recently changed - for me at least. I suppose if it were based on the lack of my activity there - it would be justified.

I just cannot see myself playing on a 60x WR PLUS having to wait ages for my money. The last Wire I received from them took over 22 days - I am not in the USA either!

I have just uninstalled the Casino and have no intention of supporting a place that holds your money hostage in the hope that you will reverse - I took that stance after the 'Wire' Fiasco. I haven't changed my mind and will not be back and will never support their unethical payment practices.

I have suggested several times to the staff and others at JPC that they would get a bigger piece of the RTG gaming pie if they were to lower the wagering to at least 20 or 25 x and make it a 10 x cash out on any free bonus monies.

It makes for a more appealing offer to the player who is likely to deposit more if the bonus wagering are more inline with , say Club World for example.

JPC is a great casino with an outstanding manager and staff so I will not knock them ,will just suggest a few changes to keep them competitive with other casinos .I have never had one problem getting paid by this casino in the past, less than a week at the most.

Right Laurie. They can alter the bonuses to being uncashable but 20x and at most 25 x should be the norm. It must be remembered its 30x(d+b) and not 30xb only. Big difference there and which cannot be compensated by rendering the bonuses cashable.

This is a copy of a paragraph I just posted on another subject so forgive

"While on this subject for Jacpot Capital players world wide.

For the individual who wins the monthly prize of $1000 how on earth do you play it at WR equal to $60,000. YES 60.000 wr

The amount of money invested to earn the $1000 has to large. Has anyone ever met the WR?"

I'd rather have a chance on a small bonus than have a large bonus with no chance. That's why I gave up RTG 6 months ago.

Yes , when I do take bonus I take the minimum $45.00 so its $2700 WR and have been lucky sometimes.(rarely)
To take $100 deposit bonus would require a WR of $3000 however you get the bonus too.(bonus not withheld)

Probably, the money guys take the $200 $300 deposit bonus Iy sounds great but to take the $300 would require a play through of$18,000.
Personally, I think one has to willing to lose $300 bucks and not bat an eye lid. And you can only play real series slots on top of that No VP, Blackjack or other table games.

I am sure there are a few that say they do meet the WR. It helps Jackpot out when the people clear that because they only have to pay 5x that bonus amount, I am sure there is plenty of money left on the table when they do clear that WR.
