Deal or No Deal Casino (Ontario) withdrawals

Has anyone successfully completed a withdrawal from Deal or No Deal Casino (Ontario)? They are operated by iPro Canada and listed on igaming Ontario.

I won 2k lastnight and when I tried to withdraw was prompted that I must wait 15 days after first deposit just to request the withdrawal! I checked their terms and conditions and it is listed there. It also lists that after you request the withdrawal after 15 days it can take an additional 45 days to process the withdrawal.
This casino is licensed under Ontario igaming and I cannot understand how they can make a player wait 60 days to recieve their winnings?
Is there any way around this if it is listed in the terms and conditions? Is filing a complaint with igaming Ontario an option if these crazy timelines are listed in the site's terms?

Wow I played there before once and then I looked at their rtp and they are running 90% rtp on their slots and I closed my account. No idea how you won there but it was super rare.

Ridiculous casino. Pathetic withdrawals. Id message igaming and let them know this and see what they say. They are pretty responsive.
