Has customer service completely gone out the window at online casinos these days? I was playing at Cyber Club earlier tonight and the level of customer service really got me thinking. I mean should it go without saying that customer service who are trained to greet customers - Do exactly that greet customers? Well apparently this one Rep didn't get the memo...

Do I just have high standards or do they have low standards? Would it be unreasonable to expect proper customer service from chat support?
P.s. Regarding that bit at the top - I was asked what my inquiry was regarding before I spoke directly to chat support (just the standard fill out form). I hadn't actually spoken with chat support before that.
