Has customer service completely gone out the window at online casinos these days? I was playing at Cyber Club earlier tonight and the level of customer service really got me thinking. I mean should it go without saying that customer service who are trained to greet customers - Do exactly that greet customers? Well apparently this one Rep didn't get the memo...

Do I just have high standards or do they have low standards? Would it be unreasonable to expect proper customer service from chat support?

P.s. Regarding that bit at the top - I was asked what my inquiry was regarding before I spoke directly to chat support (just the standard fill out form). I hadn't actually spoken with chat support before that.
 
Actually he handled it the worst possible way.

What if you just wanted to ask what the difference was between those two options?
What if you were a huge problem gambler and wanted the account closed for life?

He was in such a hurry that he didn't care at all. Sad to see.

I think you should send the screenie to some manager at the casino. They should know what to do.
 
Another casino run by goldenboysbet. This is actually the second casino run by these people. Seem to be having its share of problems, and their ip address banned AT casinomeister. Won't recommend, but you might get a good streak and get paid, but this is not one of the best casinos on microgaming platform.

I thought this behavior from chat support was just completely unacceptable. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service? Seems the management at Cyber Club Casino doesn't train their chat support agents properly.

I was actually shocked with the response. I've experienced bad customer service on chat support before but this one really took the cake. Almost as if to say "Your not a depositing player then we won't bother dealing with you". I was really quite surprised. For the agent not to even show a basic level of common courtesy was just rather disappointing. I mean whatever happened to "hello" or "goodbye" or "thank you for choosing our casino" or "without depositing players there is no casino". I mean... Wow!

The agent didn't even bother to tell me that the SE option was available to me through my account settings. Terrible.

P.s. Kavaman I'm way ahead of you. I was playing a NDB. I knew they had been banned from this forum for shilling (from memory). Free entertainment money but with the amount of error codes and this shocking CS it really wasn't worth the time.
 
Then just hope he had a bad day and that others are treated better:)

I hope so. I would have hated to have deposited a bunch of money only to find that when I wanted to close my account I was responded to with "Okay, Noted" not a basic level of common courtesy or player appreciation or even a "Hello" or "Goodbye".
