I havent been able to cash out from this casino yet but from what I have heard they do pay. Rob should be able to give advice on that.

They also have a sister casino ie Luckyslots which is also RTG and seems to have bigger bonuses which are cashable though the max cashout is capped at 10x deposit. Both casinos give you a second chance thru awarding a fee chip if you lose your deposit. However, after 4 deposits and 3 free chips, I have still been unable to initiate a withdrawal. Bad Luck I guess.:mad:
 
i am waiting my withdraws 2 weeks...many problems,but now they say i get money...last email say there is too many winner:)...like they say:There have been many winners this week, so processing may be delayed by a business day.

I have also heard this from another friend of mine here on the forum. I am watching their feedback to me very closely at the moment to make sure all goes well since I am promoting Cuba Club and their sister site Lucky Slots. Like I have said before here, I don't want to promote any casino that is going to mess around with a players cashouts but in retrospect I do understand initial growing pains and teething issues as the Meister has mentioned before with other casinos.

I do not think that anyone will not get their money though. If I did, I would definitely not be promoting them. You guys keep me informed here on your payouts if you don't mind. I want to know how all is handled and the final speed of processing. :)

Hi Chuchu, I have deposited and played at both casinos and I have to say the game play was the worst I have experienced with any RTG to date. I stupidly deposited 3 times with Lucky Slots and never once got above my starting balance. I did get the free chip which lessened the blow of losing the 3 deposits but that went faster still. :(
I know you get good streaks and bad streaks with any casino but these two casinos take the cake for bad streaks in my opinion. I play at Casino Titan and Jackpot Capital and have had good play and bad play but even with the bad play I do win a little bit before I end up losing. So I think the variance on Lucky Slots and Cuba Club has got to be higher than other RTGS. I contacted their support and asked what their slot percentage payout is since other casinos list it openly. The CS rep told me he didn't have access to that info. I wonder why....... :confused:
Can a RTG casino change the variants on slots, make them higher if you play with a bonus and lower if you don't?

This is what I experienced. Made a $25 deposit at Cuba with a bonus and busted very soon. They gave me a free chip which I didnt request for and I busted on that too. Then I made 2 $25 deposits at Luckyslots with cashable bonuses. Busted quick on my first deposit but came ahead on the second one at $120. Couldnt cash out as needed to send forms which I did. Whilst waiting i did the unforgivable (reversed and busted). The doc approval was received 5 minutes after that. Wierd but my fault nevertheless.

I requested a free chip as stated in their website and busted again. I deposited a third time ($25 again) and busted yet again. With the free chip I ran it up to $50 which is the max (2x free chip) and requested withdrawal. They then told me that I needed to wager $160 (slots and BJ allowed) so I went to Diamond Dozen and went straight down to $29 after 200 spins with no features. 5 more hands at BJ ($4, $5 x3 and then $10 and poof I zeroed out. I had a push somewhere in the middle at $5 though.:D

So no cashouts as yet though I wont go back in a hurry unless I am confident they will pay given the stories above.

In my experience, this kind of thing is nothing unusual and certainly not a strong basis to claim the payouts are low.

If I decided to stop playing at a casino based on losing 3 deposits in a row, I wouldnt have anywhere left to play these days :p

Its not much fun, but thats slot play and it will happen at every casino at some point...it just sucks a bit more when its the first 3!

Hey I'm a little new here to the forums BUT I did manage to cash out from Lucky Slots.

Requested withdrawal 2 days ago and money was in my Quicktender account this morning.

They have huge bonuses which are cashable and allow BJ, not to mention the monthly bonuses which are redeemable unlimited times this until the end of the month.

Hi Chuch, I am not happy with these two casinos but in all fairness I will give them one more shot. It is always good to cashout but having said that I consider a session successful if I get to play for a while with my money. With these two casinos I have never seen money going so fast and over 200 spins with no feature and when I did get a feature the wins were pathetic. This to me is not normal. I gamble to have fun but if I spend $100 and it is gone in 30 minutes with bets ranging from 0.75 to 1.00 that is not fun. Honestly After 4 depsosits at these two casinos and 3 free chips without ever going over my starting balance these two casinos have been a total drag. If the experience is the same the next time I deposit then off my computer they go.
I am not complaining because I didnt win (although winning is always good) but at least I want to get some little bit of entertainment value with my money and not feel like I am throwing my money away. I won at my third session with Casino Titan and cashed out and have depsosited 5 times with Jackpot Capital but didnt cashout but I did enjoy the sessions I had and even when I lost in the end I didnt really think I did because I had a blast while it lasted. I was entertained. My worst losing sessions at other RTG casinos and I have played at most of them was more fun than the sessions that I have had at Cuba and Lucky Slots. They must have their percentange payouts very low to get these results. I mean after 20 to 25 free spins on the rare occasions I got feature on 1.00 bets and only winning $15 bucks each seem fishy to me. At this point in time I am not worried if they will pay because if the gameplay is the same every time then I wont have a hope of ever getting to the cashout stage. I will keep you posted when I finish my next session. If it is as bad as the other times then I will never play there again.

Hi Nifty I am not at expert but I have played at quite a lot of RTG casinos and have some terrible sessions and some good. I have never had 3 deposits in a row at any of the other RTG's where I lost straight from my starting balance and go down to zero in mere minutes. So I am not taking about 3 losing sessions because I have had that at other casinos but even then I got to win a few bucks over my starting deposit before I lost. That to me says something. The play was exactly the same on each deposit with Cuba Club and Lucky Slots with very little variation. At least to me if the slots are completely random then you should do a little differently on each session. You still may end up losing with all of your deposits but maybe you get to play 1 hour with a deposit and 3 hours with the next. I am basing my opinion strictly on my experience with online RTG's and not on any scientific data.I have played at Club World Casinos, Rushmore Casinos, Casino Titan, Jackpot Capital and all the other accredited RTG casinos and have never had the same experience on every deposit. This is the reason why I think the variance maybe set real high at Cuba Club and Lucky Slots. In addition to that the CS could not tell me what the percentage payout for their slots was and that says something to me. I know I can readily get that data for Rushmore for example and 3Dice even lists whether their games or medium, high or very high variance before you play.

Yea, I'm not actually sure about Neteller for you either but I do know that Quicktender is available for you. You need to have one of the casinos that you play at to send you an invitation to sign up for QT as it is available by invitation only. :)

as Laurie here, they spun freakishly slow, I actually thought it was me, Ive made about 8 deps, and I have to agree with the others, the old dollero goes very quick indeed, not to say Ive not had this happen at others also, but if feels different, big bonus or not, I dont think this is for me either, and if I read right someone waited 9 days for a payment to Neteller.....definately a big cross

When the reels run slow at RTG or Rival you could try to display a video through Windows media, minimise it and the reels will spin much faster. Dont know why this works but I was watching a horse-race replay and I suddenly found the reels to spin much faster. Can anyone give an explanation on this. It's not a coincidence. It works every time.

I still didn't get paid and I initiated the withdrawal on Thursday of last week they tell me their accounting dept is closed on the weekends. So how did ChuChu get paid then. They keep telling me it takes 1 to 3 business days to approve and send me my money which is a bunch of bull. I won't be playing there again..this is a Lucky Slots Casino.

I would say that 3-5 business days is closer to the mark based on present experiences. I have been paid on 4 occasions, once within 2 days, once 3 days and the other 2 nearly a week. I wasnt all that pleased on the one-week occasion because the cashier stated that my ecocard withdrawal had been approved just 24 hours after I initiated my withdrawal. A bit slow but they do pay.
 
I play with bonuses at Luckyslots every time simply because the bonuses are huge and cashable. The 20x WR is okay for me and I dont mind the withdrawal cap of 10x deposit. So whenever I initiate a withdrawal and I want to play more I claim a coupon, reverse and then deposit. Then I initiate a withdrawal again and then play with the bonus. A $25 deposit allows you to play with $106 so while you are spinning your previous withdrawal is pending. I do this all the time and have fun spinning away whilst waiting for my money to arrive.

I was recommended to Luckyslots by one of the Guru members here (wink wink). I also claimed the 300% and %400 welcome bonuses. deposited $50 with each of them but didnt get to far.

The first one I did manage to play for a good 3-4 hours doing $1 spins. I kept getting low and then I would do some BJ bets and get the balance back up to $200-300. The best I did on the slot was 130X my bet betting $1 per spin .
The second deposit was pretty bad, I lost the hundred with about 20 minutes doing $1 spins again.

I then claimed the free chip and that was gone in about 15 minutes also.

Oh well easy come easy go I suppose, Im actually thinking to deposit without a bonus or chip as I reckon Ive primed a few of the slots, pumped a shit load of spins into them so she should pop soon.

I actually had fun though so that was good and the customer service seemed fine.

I like chu's method as well the bonuses are decent enough to keep your head above water to get some playtime out of them.
