Hey gang

Just found a new RTG Cuba Club.

A nice SUB etc so thought I would drop a few bucks in and try them out.

The only way I can deposit is Mastercard....no Neteller, MB etc. Really sucks.

So I thought I had better check the withdrawal options, and boy am I glad I did:

ECOcard
EWalletExpress
Quicktender

WHAT THE??? :what:

Are these guys serious?

Looks pretty dodgy.

Mastercard FORBID such transactions outright, VISA leave it up to the individual issuing bank.

Withdrawal is only to "virtual" options, and could be a moneylaunderers paradise, which will give them an excuse to go overboard on documentation.

Quicktender was set up for US players as a means to circumvent UIGEA, and can make the rules up as they go along, unlike other accounts, that are usually regulated by government agencies. Neteller and Moneybookers, for example, while "virtual" wallets, are at least regulated, even if lightly, by the UK FSA.

If Cuba Club is "licensed" in Costa Rica, Panama, or even Cuba, then they are very high risk.
