well the answer to ur question was in the question then, no accredited casino would give u 666% bonus, its one way to entice u to deposit and then later tie u to a max wd limit or breaking some rule
Whenever i see a bonus in excess of 200% which is rarely offered at reliable casinos(Metroplay the exception as they offer it twice a month) i run far away
How do u plan of meeting the wagering on 666% anyway? High roll and u break the min bet limit, low roll and no chance of WD as it would eat up the wins u do get if any
