What a final !!!

[TheAddict]

With that kind of thread title, I was expecting to read about some sort of royal rumble on the pitch.
Click bait
Wasn't even aware that a WC was going on

I f*cking hate it.

well done to them, but i still hate the game.

People get excited about cricket seriously?

[Jono777]

Agreed but think it more a case of people getting excited due to patriotism and England finally winning SOMETHING rather than the sport itself lol

[geordiecolin]

I only ever watch cricket once a year. Today's final was epic and I was rooting for Roger Federer

Missed the end mate, who won, him or Lewis Hamilton?

[PaaskeDenmark]

only exciting thing about Cricket is when or if a streaker runs onto pitch which i think happened today

I missed the end because I was watching the women's doubles on the other side. I've no idea of the outcome of that either because I was so fascinated by their attire etc

At last!

[irish-ranger]

Ahh this might explain why my local cricket club seem to be having a fucking rave which is 50m from where I live why an Irish Cricket club is celebrating the limeys winning the word cup is beyond me.
Any excuse for a drink

Thought England was good at the soccers aka football?

Thought England was good at the soccers aka football?

Oh. You weren't joking

[paul7388]

Seriously do people actually give a damn about cricket the most boring sport if you can call it that there is.

[DreamRJ]

I agree, I got no idea why people even watch Cricket. I also hated it and thought it was pointless. I used to say the same for football too. But I am changing my mind about football. I kinda have an on off relationship with Football. It doesn't help being a Man United supporter and the fact United are really doing badly still even under the new manager Ole Gunner.

But Well done to England though. I also actually did watch it and damn was that final Super Over EPIC. It could not have been much closer than that, that final ball and we bowled a bowler out to win the cup.

Will I watch Cricket again? Probably not. It really is a boring boring sport. Especially the length of the matches, just totally silly.
