I've played there - live chat is hit and miss, sometimes you'll get someone who's good then you'll get someone not so good. 24 hour cashouts, no weekends, but they'll flush withdrawals. Decent group.

I have noticed however that their payments are starting to take longer. Twice now I have had to prod them to get on with making payment. The most recent was a withdrawal on a Thursday, that at the latest should have arrived in Neteller on the Monday, but with no sign of it on the Tuesday, I gave a prod to CS. I was told that the matter would be looked into the next day, and I received the payment Wednesday. This is more in line with a 72 hour pending period, and the reply gave no indication that anything had gone wrong, just the impression that it should be normal to expect this timescale. This is the second time this has happened, which makes me think they no longer operate a 24 hour pending period. It seems more like a 48 hour pending period with weekends not counting, which fits with receiving payment Wednesday for a withdrawal on the previous Thursday.
