To send a pm on mobile. Go to your messages then sens message. Put the persons username in recipient section.

Nope, not bored. It was a genuine mistake.
No idea, why this post came up in my list on my phone when I was checking the forum late last night. As you can probably see from my message, I was paying a compliment in a way. I hadn't check the dates, and I wouldn't have posted anything had I known that the person I quoted was sadly no longer with us.

I think I know what happened here. A member resurrected this thread by posting in it. I commented about how bringing old threads back is not good forum etiquette. Hence this thread appeared in the latest posts section, which Conker saw.
In the meantime it appears another mod moved the post and my reply from this thread.
So yes, genuine mistake on Conker's part.
