I see they have won Casino of the Year again. Very impressive.
(Is that 3 yrs in a row?)

I have to say they are the best internet casino in my opinion.

One huge reason is the very nice $90 monthly match which has very reasonable terms.

Definitely a well deserved honor. :notworthy

The votes were bought by everyone who voted for them would get a chance in a stupid draw or bonuses or something like that. The title is meaningless!

I understand your point. But whatever the title is worth, we all know Intercasino IS the best. They appear to be very forward looking. They treat players well. They have a large variety of games. They have more games available than the other Cryptologics. Their software is realistic, and fair. They (ECash) generally pay in two days to Neteller. I've seen very very few complaints about them. Some gamblers are just never satisfied. But look at the people in their live table games. The place is always crowded. They're doing something right.

Now I ask you. If ALL the online casinos were like Intercasino, wouldn't this be a wonderful world?

PS: Hey Bryan! We want MORE webcasts, more often! We miss you.

Correct. The title is meaningless if votes can be bought. Cant GOM set a rule or something to the effect that participants for the title must not offer bonuses/credits to their players in exchange for votes. Of course, this may mean that the total number of votes may decrease but at least its much fairer.

Vesuvio,

Do you mean its very streaky or what? If so,I agree totally.

Yep, notoriously so - though Chartwell & Playtech are worse. Inter's not a bad casino, but 'realistic and fair' certainly doesn't describe their BJ. It possibly is fair in the sense that over a large sample of hands you'll get more or less the expected return, but not in the sense of dealing random cards. Not that there are many (if any) on-line casinos that deal a genuinely fair game - I really wonder if some day there won't be mass law suits sparked off by disgruntled employees spilling the beans. But then if you're only registered in some obscure tax haven I guess you can sleep easily at night ;)

My vote is for sale. Any casinos interested?

I have my doubts over its validity when you can "buy" votes too. Intercasino is a good casino, no doubt about it, but I also felt a little uneasy about the integrity of these awards when i saw this site won "best new portal" www.thebettergambler.com. They even have Gambling Online Magazine promo in their header graphics.

Simmo!

simmon , i think they own it, but i could be wrong, i am going to keep my mouth of this.

i agree with some of the awards

:eek2:

Have you ever played Crypto blackjack?
Yes I have - and it totally SUCKS!

Fortunately though, I do most of my WR using their other games which seem fairer - and I do very nicely from them, thank you! ;)

No-one has to buy my vote - Intercasino IS the best. Full stop.

Gee you guys. Cryptologic's blackjack seems ok to me.

Hey, if you want to get frustrated, try the new "fruit machines" at Intercasino. lol Of course, it's a slot and is not supposed to be random. lol

But seriously, their blackjack seems ok. Sometimes I win, sometimes I get my clock cleaned. Seems normal.

But I was one of the worst "paranoids" about blackjack when I first started playing Microgaming's blackjack on their old software a few years ago. Now I was CONVINCED that it stunk. But I truly don't know what to believe anymore.

Either way, it's not going to stop me from gambling online. I love it. lol I can gamble now without leaving my house. Without getting dressed, taking a shower, shaving, etc. I don't even have to apply deodorant or brush my teeth. Believe me, me sitting at home gambling on my computer is not a pretty picture. :)

Slots are (or at least should be) random. The opposite of random is deterministic. A game can also be random and rigged at the same time.

This is really too much information! We really don't want this kind of not-so-pretty picture of your personal life, thank you! :)

Thankyou for straightening me out on that. I understand what you're saying.

Now, go play fruit machines for 25-cents for about a half hour. Try NOT to throw the mouse against the wall. :D

lol Sorry 'bout that. But really. With online gambling so much fun, I may never leave home again. Except to buy beer, of course.

They should be back on track starting this week. I had too much on my plate the last couple of months and I was on the road a bit as well.

Don't mean to be derailing the thread though....

But I'm not convinced that the "Best Casino" award is based soley on "bought" votes since many players came through Casinomeister to vote for me :D, and they were free to vote on whatever they wanted to once they got there. And I am sure this was common amoungst many other sites. Sure the casinos give incentives to vote for them (who wouldn't do this, eh?), but the GOM site gets just as much traffic from other places as well.

A game that is random but rigged to discard some of the random results...

I imagine....

Let's say I have a coin that comes up heads with probability 2/3 and tails with probability 1/3 and that I bet you even money that it it will be heads. If you accept it knowing all the facts, then I consider it a fair game and that you are a sucker, but if I conceal the fact that the coin is biased and give the impression that it is normal, then it would be a rigged game but still with a random outcome. The game is strongly in my favour, but I could still lose. A two-headed coin would give a non-random result.

Today I lost 7,368 USD in this casino just in 10 minutes.

I almost was going to die when the counter hit zero. :sniper: .

THIS CASINO IS CERTAINLY RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGEED
( JOKING ).
