Question Confused With CasinoEuro Terms

Hi people,

I'm a bit confused with a term at CasinoEuro and I can't seem to get a definite answer from them, here is the ter;

So does that mean 25% of my starting balance, or 25% of my current balance? If it's the latter, then the 25% will constantly change, and it means that it's impossible NOT to break the term as your balance decreases towards zero.

It means the bonus amount, which is static. If you get a 50 bonus, don't exceed 12.50 a game until you've cleared WR. You'll find the limit will be lower for slots, i.e. 6.50 or 5.00.

Your quote did not finish the sentence. It said :"You are not permitted to place bets of 25% or more of your total balance via a single game round, when completing wagering towards a bonus"

The last 4 words say wagering toward a bonus. This means 25% of your starting bonus. If you got 50 dollars bonus then don't make any bets over 12.50 until the wagering requirements are met to clear the bonus.

That last bit is just describing when the rule is in place, not what the 25% is a proportion of.

"25% of the balance" is pretty clear, I'm just wondering if it's the starting balance or the current balance you have at the specific time of the bet.

I would agree with eggyman here, that there is nothing in the clause that specifies it is referring to 25% of the bonus money. Further, "total balance" would seem to imply the sum of both regular and bonus money. That's what the plain English interpretation of the statement should lead to.

However, it's possible that the intention of the casino was to refer to bonus money, and that it is just a poorly written statement. Maybe they intended "total balance" to mean the sum of all current bonuses, or something like that.

I would be most inclined to believe the first interpretation is right, that "total balance" means bonus + real money. However, you're betting at your own risk if the casino understands differently. Normally the solution would be to get confirmation from support, but since it sounds like they don't know what they're talking about either, you're kind of out of luck, so you'll have to decide whether you'd rather play it safe and keep your bets under 25% of the bonus or trust that the statement means what it actually says. (Though maybe there's a rep for the casino here who could help you track down a more certain answer.)

Why not to ask CasinoEuro support? Whatever we advise you here may be wrong. And don't forget to keep a copy of your interaction with support in case they too advise you something wrong

A bit off topic but i played here last night with an odd £37 in my skrill account. I deposited and auto received a bonus of £21.

Hey ho, i assumed it was the monthly reload bonus of 33% and continued to play (i know my fault) as i 'assumed' it would have a WR of 10 by deposit plus bonus £580....

I checked wagering and was astounded when i had a wager of £1600, on a £21 bonus

Anyhow, apparently i was sent a mailer of a three day depo bonus of 50% and it had a WR of 25 by deposit AND bonus.

I know, i know, my fault but still bloody ridiculous!!


Ps still made wager after a hard slog but it has totally put me off playing there and i have learnt my lesson....

Its strange the t&c is so difference from casinoeuro.dk there is none betting limit at all, only rule i find very strange is wild rocket is not allowed to be played it dosent even show any cash balance when loading the game while your on a bonus.
