Hello all! I've been online gambling for a few years now think around 2018-2019 is when I started. I recently started playing with JacksPay.com around end of 2021, and have deposited a fair share. I've put in over $100,000 USD to date and wagered millions according to my own VIP host. Everything for the first few months ran smooth without a hitch, maybe because I wasn't withdrawing anything.
Fast forward a few months, I've been having pending withdrawals since the 1st of May going to the 4th of May. Total of 4 pending withdrawals equaling $9533.
The management has been not returning any of my emails regarding this issue, I've sent multiple emails going back to the 18th of May.
My own VIP host has stopped responding to me via the messaging app we were using to communicate.
At this moment I think they're withholding my withdrawals for no apparent reason and are refusing to provide any reasons why.
