I just had a chat with our support regarding your spcific chat ticket. They told me that the chat lasted just a couple of minutes and that you left the chat, i dont wanna make a thing out of this because i think that you are totally correct with what you are saying.

I have informed our support regarding this and it will not happen again.

I'm a bit concerned playing here. I took up their 200% deposit bonus and everything was fine until I started to see my balance jump up and down about £30 each time.
It happened first on starburst, it dropped down £30 and thought I'd just imagined it. Then I had a win and it jumped up again. It also happened on Hansel and Gretel. Jumped down £30 and I thought, I'm outta here as there is no way to prove it.
Waiting on first withdrawal, I'll update on minions.
 
I can't say I've had any problems since, apart from a pretty low RTP:(

Bah! I have just signed up and received the introductory email offering the 100% bonus, and it now clearly states the 100% bonus is not valid for UK players.

Wish I hadn't wasted my time signing up now as I do like to benefit from the odd bonus whern available. Especially when giving a new casino a go to extend the playtime.

At least there are still plenty of other places to play that do offer SUBS for UK players.
