Cocoa Casino Max Cashout?

Well after a very nice cashout at Cocoa (1k) I tried to make another cashout a few days later (500) but was told I exceeded my limit? The website says 2k per day/4 per week. I am far under that. Has this been covered here before, is this normal?

Hi as far as i know its not normal, but i have not realy played at cocoa to much and have not been lucky enough to make to the $k's at cocoa.

But i have read most off the posts concerning these matters and have not seen this before.

Have you tried live help.

At superior once i had a problem like that making a deposit as i had already passed the 2k in the cashier went to live help said wtf are we done they said no your allowed 20k a week and upped my limits in cashier, strange ways off doing things think off all the peeps who just left.

Hi...yes I contacted live support they said they would have to forward to a manager for approval. I also sent a pm to the rep here...we'll see what happens?
