Club World Group - Monthly Loyalty Bonus

Has anyone received their monthly loyalty bonus from any of the Club World Group Casinos including Manhattan Slots, Lucky Red, etc.? They normally come out the middle of the month and I for one am feeling just a little left out after being told via email that it would be sent out today (Wednesday).

I asked Tom about this subject about 6 months ago. He told me that the service they use to send out the emails for the monthly loyalty bonus sends them out late morning EST. He said it takes a little longer to do the algorithms to figure them as opposed to the daily VIP bonus that comes around 6 am EST. FWIW

Mine was just credited at 9:58 EST

No deposit bonus? You should be receiving loyalty bonuses regularly. I think you could ask Tom to review your account. Sometimes they miss out and when they do you are forgotten completely.

I have not even gotten a daily loyalty bonus in about 1 month. Spend thousands there monthly and not even a daily loyalty bonus since beginning of march its now mid april and nothing.

I just checked my account there was a 25.00 monthly bonus after spending like 3,000 there from last month to this month. that is all i got i dont believe thats the only thing i got for all the funds i have put in. What a shame.

I asked Tom to review my stats for the month one time as to how it was figured. You should ask Tom to review yours. I know I felt better after understanding how the amount was reached for the month in question.

Well, I may be ineligible. I have had more in withdrawals in the last 2 years than I have had in deposits. Even though, I do deposit quite frequently!

Not counting the last 3-4 cash-outs that were around $400-$500............ last year I had one for

$9300.00 and 3 months later another $3300.00

CLUB WORLD LOYALTY BONUS

I understand and will ask Tom. After not getting the daily bonus for over a month i was sure that my monthly bonus would be a nice one like the one from last month. Guess i was very very wrong so disappointed now.

I received one from All Stars slots and I play at one or the other of the CLUB WORLD casinos everyday but am a small depositor. Nothing from any of the others

Yeah! I recieved a "we miss you" bonus yesterday! It had only been 8 days since I deposited............ it was for $30 and I made wagering and have a

cashout of $150 about bonus deduction and fees! I am trying the "paymycard" this time. Hope it works!
