Anyone else having poblems logging on to the casino? I get a white page saying refresh page and that dont work. I uninstalled the program and redownloaded it and still the same thing. Tried on 2 other computers and the same thing. Live chat says there are no known problems. WTF No problems with any of their other casinos in the group so I'll have to play at one of them for now.

I just checked the casino and all works fine over here. I suspect it must be problem with your account or PC settings (connection). Please PM me your user name and I will take look and advise.

I had an issue with it last week and after installing and uninstalling and going back and forth with support a few times, I ended up updating my Flash with Internet Explorer and rebooting a couple of times, and suddenly it was fixed. I don't know if the issue was Flash (I'd updated already using Chrome) or if it was something my firewall was blocking or if there was just a connection issue that kept the update from happening.

I suppose you could always check to make sure you have the latest Flash version (Using IE)

I tried using Chrome for a web browser. It did not work as well as IE 11.08 for Club World. Weird, huh?

I am suddenly having the same problem. I played on their instant play casino and it works really well! All the games I like to play are there too. I wish I knew why I can't play on the downloaded casino though. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps.

Unable to log in to Clubworld

I am also having the same issue with clubworld through there casino shell login. For the past few months when I open the casino I get the same white screen and it locks up windows where I have to reboot the system. I have no problem logging into Buzzluck another CW casino.

On most rtg casinos I get that white shell and than I just right click and choose refresh

I thought this was fixed because it worked again for a while but I get the white shell now and refresh doesn't work. This is really strange. Is it tied to one of the browsers?

I thought my problem was fixed because it worked one day after I received help from a CWC rep. The problem is back and I can't get it to work no way. Very frustrating and the only way I can shut it down is through the task manager. It's not worth the aggravation. It's their loss because I can play else where.
