Club World casino was voted best casino US friendly?

This casino has No live support. If you click live support you're guaranteed at least a half hour wait and sometimes nobody even responds.

They might be US friendly but they're certainly not player friendly.

Just curious, what is their turn-around time on email responses?

24 hours seems to be the accepted industry standard.

And honestly, if the industry standard is 24 hours, then the industry needs to take a crash course on customer service...there's no reason for any casino to take over 2-4 hours to respond to a player's issues...

Casinos take deposits and allow players to gamble 24/7/365, and their support staff should be manned 24/7/365 as well. If the current staff cannot handle the volume of player's issues, then they (any casino) need to hire more staff to compensate for slow response times.

I have just checked the stats from our Live Support system for the past two months and the average wait time for an operator to respond is 2mins 17secs with 48% of chats being responded to in under 60 seconds.

Skiny, you cannot complain that we are unfriendly - in the past three days our CS advisors have spent 2hours 54mins chatting with you :)

Can you confirm that most of the time it was mostly chatting and not putting th OP on hold because this could account for the 3 hours of chatting.

Indeed I can, the time I quoted is from when the operator types their first response to when the chat session is closed. There may have been some lulls in the conversation but from scanning the transcripts there were no major pauses.

Hiya: To the Club World rep. I play there over the last few months, but stopped, because i use e wallet to deposit, and the only option is for it to be returned to e wallet when i cash out. They charge %10 to deposit money back into my bank acct.

Is there a way for YOU, at Club World, to send a check, or anything? Thanks.

Personally if I was spending 3 Hours of my life trying to get an issue sorted out I would not be applauding CS.

What was the OPs issue and how was it resolved?
Is this a case of awkward customer or poor CS, that's the issue.

I thought the OP's issue was waiting 1/2 hr for a live op to respond. It also sounds like they just posted thinking this info would not be verified, or responded to by CW. I may be way off base. When the OP gets a chance to respond it may clear it all up.

Yes I did spend quite a bit of time talking to your support staff in the passed couple of days as you mentioned. You left out the fact that during the last conversation that lasted over an hour I said goodbye twice and your staff kept talking. I wasn't the one leading the conversation on. It is true that I can get an email reply usually within 24 hours. Exactly how long I don't know because I normally don't check my email for replies until the following day. My real point was that you advertise 24 hour live support and I can't count the amount of times I've waited literally hours for someone to answer a live support box. Sometimes an answer never comes. And no, I'm not asking for a free anything. I've been offered bonuses on occasion that I took but I don't usually take bonuses even when I deposit.

I'm thinking it's not merely getting an issue sorted, many players just like to spend time chatting to the CSRs. It happens a lot, especially when they're cute :p
