Hi all, Just a short 1, I see club gold is on the fire list, I signed up and instantly chat came up, a few seconds later I got a phone call, Bit strange as it was a withheld number? Welcoming me to the site, Seemed decent bloke named hulk, Well £20 deposit went in a blink of an eye along with the 400% bonus, But I was ask did I want the free chips b4 I deposit, I said no I takke the depo bonus first, Any way after 0p left I couldt get hold of chat, Maybe only working hours but next day I got 50 free chips but came with a stagering 75x wager and no progresive slots or brandded slots,

So has any 1 played there or had any trouble? So far so good managed to get up to £350 but only problem is it does not show what wager left to play, Any info will be great,

I havent deposited there in a long time, but never had a problem getting paid aslong you follow the wagering rules for bonuses, it does take 4working days to get paid which is a bit long and reason i stopped playing there i want my money in max 24hrs.

I play there regulary and never had a problem. CS is great, friendly and helpful. They give a lot of bonuses for all games without max. bet restriction, the free chips have game restrictions. If you make a deposit you can choose to take the bonus or to decline. After a deposit you can ask CS for free chips, they give me always some, depends on your deposit amount.
Negative in my opinion: the bonuses are sticky and the 4 days pending time, but that`s Playtech.
It`s the last PT casino I visit regulary. They have all my favourite games, for me a good place.

They have frequent bonuses generous with moderate WR. Plenty of free chips and the best thing is they pay. Sounds to good to be true with their bonuses but it's not. When I first joined they had regular wagering free promotions but I think they got rid of these as there were players abusing the bonuses. Also some players were compaining about not being able to play progressive/marval slots which are excluded or accidentally playing them and having their WR increased. I personally never had an issue with playing the right games as they are listed very clearly.

I think they should go for BOF that's if you couldnt tell already But yeah as Gagamel said the only negative is pretty much the four days pending time but they are Playtech (which I think tend to have longer processing times).

Assuming that is slots wagering - you are right - that is INSANE!

I've recently joined Club Gold and was surprised with the sheer amount bonuses I have been offered. Any match bonus I've took, including welcome bonus, have had a WR between 15 and 18 x(deposit+bonus).

Last Friday I was offered 100% on every deposit I made with a WR 18x(d+b),I've cleared the WR twice and I'm in profit. The only other Playtech I've played recently was Ladbrokes this has a horrible 30x(d+b) and all I get offered is 25% weekly.

The four days pending is a pain but the difference here is weekends count as pending days and elsewhere they don't as its 4 business days.

1 bullshite bonus wagering rules horrid and massive
2 cash-back bulshite wagering it beyond clearing even if you where up a grand when you started
3 loyalty points after alot of deposits im still sitting at 3700 so takes the cost of a house to get a crappy $40 out as 4000 is the min claimable points
4 dont have all the latest and full list of games are way behind even the "winner" casino group has those lol

I've been playing for a few years at GC and have had no problems. I do however, have to agree that the comp point conversion is rather high. I've only been able to cash in my comps on 1 or 2 occasions but have made alot of deposits and played even more. That's the only issue I've had with them. well while cashback sounds quite nice, in reality its just play money

maybe you could adjust that % a bit (not offer 100% cashback for instance, lol) and make it smaller, but without ridiculous terms this time around.

for all interested, cashback promo offers 100% cahsback over the weekend, but it comes with some relatively... impossible terms.

something like - wager it 85 times, with max cashout being 2x your cashback bonus.

just to show what i think of it, i prefer william hill 10% cashback with 1x wr than your 100% cashback with 85x wagering and 2x max cashout

and yes, comp points conversion is higher than in most other playtech casinos too, but with so many promos they have i think it should be a bit higher, but not that much though?
