When I have read the T&C requirements of a casino, I think there is a big gap on this one. What I am talking about is part way playing a game, you receive an error message like close required. I have seen this error come up while winning like I did today. I was playing Flower Fortunes Megaways and then received the error message and the game closed. When I returned, low and behold the win streak was over. This happened at Dreams Vegas a @WhiteHatGaming and I have seen it many times over the past couple of years. There needs to be more than an oops sorry we just busted you out of your game. Unless there are service levels that they need to adhere to, it almost seems that this is intentional. I want to see the logs of the games in this case. I kept all the transaction logs, I was winning a bit, when I returned I was losing. Managing by errors seems to be the pattern. The terms and conditions of errors fall solely on the players, this lack of liability could allow the casino to take you off of a game intentionally and there is no liability to them.. Its the worst of all circumstances, we have all the liability on the player for something that they have absolutely no control over. I can't take liability for a casino's mal-funtion but based on the terms and conditions we do as players...

In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other elements of the betting product, we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your software and our server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result.

And if I was to put my transaction play for this particular game play into a graft, there is a distinct downward trend after I resumed the game.

If you have to close or decide to close a game and then reopen it will have absolutely no impact on your chance if winning and the games RTP.

Can it be a pain in the ass yes? Absolutely... Are they intentionally doing it to somehow make you less lucky? No...

It's just gambler's fallacy really; the same belief that you're luckier playing a specific game at one casino than another, even when they're both offering the same RTP. Luck of the draw.

I guess it gets more difficult to believe in coincidence after you have encountered it many times, the same pattern appear to emerge.. For something random, its predicable. :what: I have worked with Enterprise class applications for around 30 years or so, any vendor I work with has a Service Level Agreement in place, with appropriate penalties when they don't perform as needed. There is no standard for the player...

Surely you can see the difference between a service agreement between businesses and you as a customer...

You having to reload a game does not have impact on your revenue.

If you haven't got something to contribute (sarcasm not needed), please keep it to your self. Surely you can do that...
