The "gangster' is a "soccer mom" . Makes a threat, once, but the film is all about the 2 main characters.

Although I don’t like how US tv is hypersensitive only towards one religion (totally forgetting a lot of other religions with much greater amount of followers), I admit I didn’t think about other religions when I made my wishes today.

Movie is Mississippi Grind. I'm beginning to think this is a favourite of yours. John Goodman is the actor. And while I don't recall exactly, it's having a house and a car and enough to live on, then you can say FU to anyone.

For someone with no plans for Xmas, I seemed to have been pretty busy today. There's a emptier spin and I can't find the first spin I had, and never made enough time for the freeroll.

Oh, that's an easy one.

I paid down a second mortgage and went to Cuba for the first time with that win. Getting that debt off my plate gave me a lot more cushion in my day to day life. Mind you, it was bad decisions that involved gambling more than a decade earlier that lead to to the debt.

Just after I had won a real life friend asked me if I had lost more than 10K gambling, and it was an easy answer, of course I have. I had been gambling 40 years at that point.

People often say "Oh, you are so lucky". No I'm not, I'm just the amount of lucky (ie, losing more than I win) you might expect.

That time was really lucky, and it does not happen often, and I've rarely played bets that big since.

You mean quit forever? It would have to be how much money I don't have.

When I read this question a few hours ago, it was how much to quit, and I thought I was going to have to buy a new fridge. So $1800. Or $300. Or since I only have a $20 tourney win to play with today, $100.

After a whole of day of mucking, looks like it is a $30 part plus shipping, and I can handle $50. So a grand, to go to Cuba. Or $500, which is really my cashout point if it is not lower.

I did have a first spin today. But got caught up in real life and did not post the screenie.

I am sorry to not have been more active past few days, holidays have been very busy.

Which is good. If anything, playing online takes more time from me than anything else. I no longer blow off real life friends to play online.

If I win $50 million dollars, I want to take a million and see just how long I can be comped as a high roller. I'd aim for at least a year.

It's completely circumstancial whether I'll withdraw or not.
For example if I put in 30£ I'll want to at least triple it before I'll withdraw. However if I've had a rough time and this is my last deposit, I'll take double and run like the wind!!

If I won a massive jackpot I'd seek financial advice before continuing with anything and I'd cash out and not play a dime back in, until I have my money. Even when I do I'd play small deposits.

Today’s task: What is the best advice you can give about gambling?
I would say the best advice I can give is keep gambling funds and your own personal budget separate. I've been trying to do this and not been too bad.

Once this is established look carefully at offers before depositing not necessarily match offers but perhaps free spins for depositing,cashback,loyalty points programmes etc.

Deposit an amount you feel comfortable with focus on your own gaming nobody elses.

This next piece of advice is especially important for newbies.
Play out no more than 1% of your total balance at a time(I'd advise 0.5% on certain stuff in actual fact). In other words that is if you have a 20.00 balance play out no more than 0.20 a spin. This gives you 100 spins at the very least to win with.

I've seen 0.20 spins eat over 80.00 on both Jack and the Beanstalk and Wishmaster in the space of an hour. So just picture how quickly you will lose if you don't stick to this rule!

Once you hit a win you are happy with, leave the slot no matter what game it is. You can change to other slots and try to win more but this can often end in disaster. That is your own willpower, I can't help with that only you can say no to playing.

Once you make your cashout you'll feel fantastic and may want to try another deposit elsewhere. Try to wait for your cashout to go through before doing this. Otherwise you all know the same sob story "I didn't wait for my cashout put money into other casinos lost it and then reversed my monster withdrawal"

Then you imitate the fetal position on the floor thinking "What have I done! What have I done!" Well maybe not that extreme but a fist might be slammed on the desk or whatever you feel pretty crappy and in a bad mood with everyone around you..

The casinos owe you nothing but when you do get the best of them. Run fast and run far. It really doesn't happen often. Believe me! Cherish it!!
