Hi all:

Christmas and New Year holiday, are you going to play online?

If you normally play a bit during this time of the year, how much will you spend?

How do you feel the slots' payout during Christmas and New Year holiday? no different ,better or worse?

Just interested in your opinion, thank you for the inputs.

I'm not going to give my time to online casinos, when I should spend it with my family and friends.

Yeah I'll probably play a bit. Not Christmas day but the boxing day and around there. I have social stuff to do on Christmas day but am pretty free for the rest of the holidays. I'm not sure of payouts around that time. I've not traditionally gambled a lot at this time of year (mostly because I'm broke after Christmas present shopping :D).

Yeah I'll play a bit - three weeks off from work so boredom can set in! I have actually in the past couple of Christmas's had some good luck over the holiday period.

I do have a soft spot for playing Deck the Halls over this time and cursing at Santa when he appears stacked on reels 1,2 and 4 with nothing on reel 3 - that seems to happen a lot over Christmas :p

I sure hope so. Xmas day, dear daughter's in-laws have the privilege of hosting her, my SIL and our joint grandson. I'm on my own, and please don't feel sorry for me, I don't. I have a lovely stress free day planned for myself, and a nice broiled lagoustine dinner, which is much less work than a turkey and all the trimmings. Not too unlike last year, except I'm enjoying better health.

I'm still hopeful that maybe a christmas prezzie will yield some real play, because like many players my play money is going to other causes.

I'm very much looking forward to hanging in 3Dice Chat, and playing some tourneys. I did this last year, and it was lovely. Many time zones, people popping in for minute to say hi, or take a breather now the bird's in the oven. Some like me have already had their family Christmases, or are separated by distance. Some we won't see at all, because their parents don't have internet.

By New Year's eve, Xmas will be done, and I hope that weather permits me to load a little bit on my prepaid card.

Even before Casinomeister, some nearly even money play and a couple of beers at home gave me good value for my entertainment dollar, without a wait for a cab to get home

Nope, I won't playing on Christmas. (not that I play on line anymore, anyway)That day is just for family, no computers. I won't be playing on New Years on line, but I will be playing in Vegas!!! Whoooo Hoooo! 7 days till Vegas. We go every year for New Years. It is always so much fun. Can't Wait!

Christmas day will be with friends (family has gone) boxing day I am on volunteer shift at the animal shelter and will probably play on boxing day evening.

Agree with KK don't see a lot of difference in play at any particular time of year- I will however be able to play my casino chrissy presents so this time I won't lose my own money(LOL).

Some of you sound like you are having a great holiday- time with family, absolute peace and quiet, and preparing for NYE in Vegas.

Whatever your doing or playing hope its fun and the start of a great holiday and year.

Cheers
Colly

I have never ever gambled on Christmas or Christmas Eve.
You have a time and place & it's not on Christmas to gamble.
The reason I don't gamble that day is because I volunteer part of the day at a Homeless Shelter for Women & Children.& after that I drop off stuff for the Kids I see at work. & other things I do for many on that day.
My busy week starts on Christmas Eve & ends late on Christmas night.
Christmas is a day for loved one's & not to think of yourself.
Merry Christmas to all & God Bless

I miss playing online. Before all the crap started hitting the fan earlier this year, I enjoyed playing ALL of the MG games at Royal Joker, playing at Sloto Cash, and Intertops Red. Now my options for depositing are almost non-existent so, I don't expect any holiday gifts from casinos (why gift when you know they won't be able to deposit to play) which would have enabled me to "dabble" for a short time doing something I enjoy. So, I will be spending my time reading here and doing who knows what else for the holidays (maybe I'll get the painting done I've been putting off for ages).

I'll be so busy that I'm pretty sure I won't have time to play any on the computer, let alone sit down for a minute. I don't mind though since I sit all day at work anyways. It's going to be a welcome change.

First I'll be preparing all kinds of Christmas goodies to take to the annual family Christmas Eve party where I get to reconnect with my dad's side of the family from Illinois. I'm making lots of things but my favorite is the mint layered fudge!

It's really awesome but super sweet- just the way I like it!

Then on Christmas morning we will wake up early and watch the girls tear open their presents which I'm very excited about since I got them what was on their list to Santa! Both my girls are getting Go Go Puppies :)

And finally Christmas night we will have another party with my mom's side of the family. We are getting a Honeybaked Ham and then making the rest of the sides. I don't know about you but that is the best ham on the planet!

I cannot wait to get started and I feel like a little kid right now.

I've noticed that some casinos have offers that are ONLY available on Christmas Day.
I am NEVER at home at Christmas, I have always gone to other family. Occasionally I travel down on Christmas morning, and this gives me the chance to read my emails and claim any deposit offers, which I will play on after Christmas.
Most casinos, though, seem to be allowing a few days to claim the offers.

The two that appear to be ONLY available on Christmas day are Red Flush, and 32Red (final day of the countdown).

I am more likely to play on New Year's day, since if I drive over to party with family, I cannot drink, so "what's the point".

These is a risk I might get snowed in this Christmas, and may decide that trying to travel is too risky. The UK doesn't cope well with this kind of weather, and there have been quite a few stories of motorists spending the night on the motorway because the roads get blocked, and cannot be cleared.

Last January, my car was snowed in for 2 weeks, behind a 2 foot bank of snow. I eventually shovelled it away once a thaw started, only to find the snow had wrecked the rear wiper.

If there is a time when I tend to play less, it is in the summer when the weather is good, and I decide to go out.

I STILL grab all the deposit offers I can though, but do not play "wager challenges", or tournaments that require lots of time at the PC to be in with a chance.

I will be visiting Seneca Allegany casino in New York with my mom and dad on Christmas day and spending the evening there . We are doing the Christmas thing on Christmas eve at their house then getting up early and on the road. I will be playing the day after, probably just video poker and Harveys slot, anyone ever play that slot? I had a nice cashout the other night on it, didnt realize it has a random 25X multiplier. Riverbelle is normally very generous on Christmas bonuses

Part of my Christmas gift to my parents is giving em a few hundred to play with on Christmas Eve so they got something to do after I leave their house and go drink a few christmas ales with friends:p

Yea, if I get......

If I get some well deserved christmas bonuses.

And, maybe if I can deposit.
