Another where have you been casino for me. After my deposit and fun time with their rushmore casino last night i joined cherry red. Customer service was fast polite and knew for a change what i was asking, a far cry from some of the rtg support areas. Again i had fun games ran much different then the other 2 rtg casinos i seem to just always deposit into and leave with a nasty taste in my mouth. Im up and cashing out and i had fun again. So anyone that has not tried these 2 it is a must if you like rtg. And my rushmore cashout was less then a day.
 
I don't know how people cash out at RTG casinos. :p
For me it's been about 5 deposit, low rolling & i can't hit a thing, it's usually just going up/down/up/down & never getting out of that hole.

What slots did you play?

I know the feeling i have one casino right now im real disappointed with. Not so much that i never cashed anything out with them as the fact i never hit anything. Couldnt even get the first 2 reels to line up never mind hitting free spins or a bonus round.
So i thought i would try something new to me on the accredited list here.
I play at 40 cent spins unless under $20. At times i use a bonus, with a new casino i always use opening bonus to feel the games out.
 
Ive played at Inetbet, Cherry Red, Rushmore, Clubworld and I love the games, however I hardly ever win and I have never ever cashed out from any of them. And I have deposited my fair share...
I am thinking about just giving up RTG all together..

Cannot go wrong with Cherry Red, Rushmore I havent tried Slot oasis (sp) yet as I hate sending in a faxback as i dont drive an have to ask this 1 to take me here then there etc etc

This may be a strange question, but....

I noticed at Rushmore that the RJs run really high (or at least they all were the couple of times I was in there to see). Do the RJs at Cherry Red and whatever the other sister casino is stay as high as Rushmore?

No, RJs on Cherry Red and Slots Oasis are not as big.
We all read here that theoretically RJ can be won on any bet size, but i was wondering if actually those huge ones were designed for highrollers only?

With me happened exactly the opposite;I ussually don't play to much at RTG ,I barelly win something when I deposit,but Cherry Red brings me luck everytime I play there:thumbsup:.It's a great place
 
Rushmore rj are much higher then cherry, I wanted to play at slots oasis today but seems im having the same issues as at rushmore. But at rusmore i can bypass and still play the slots. As i go to click slot area a error file msg box pops up and as i click ok if i dont react fast and hit slots for the drop down box i just get error after error msg. At rushmore its easier for me to get at the games, at oasis i cant even attempt to see the slot games with the error msgs. So im not sure how high some of their rj are.
 
I tried Rushmore again due to all the positive feedback and was up to 157 before I busted out on a 25 deposit so I'll definitely be going back. I can't for some reason download the casino but I can play the instant flash.

Past 8 months i had problems getting the casino to download i finally did but still have some issues playing. I get script errors hitting the slots button.
I used firefox to download and with cherry i used ie and cherry runs alot better then rushmore.

Save your money. The slots at this group of casinos are the absolute tightest,most boring, nasty games on the net. I have taken over 500,000 plays at all three of these casinos and can count the number of winning spins on one hand. To count the times I've went 500 consecutive spins without a payout over a free spin I'd need a calculator.
On a positive note Louise is a peach but unfortunately it takes more than good customer service to make a good casino.

Thanks for your mixed comments! That is your personal opinion and of course nobody can take that away from you :) I wish you the best wherever you play at.

Some have luck and some don't so it's a shame that you didn't. We're not unlucky for all, you can see that by the screenshots that are posted and the fact that I send winnings to people daily on Casinomeister (and a majority are not big time players whatsoever).

I have had the same issues with few rtg casinos dead spins. But i did find this group of slots ran differently. I could see the scatter and wild buttons go by as my puter runs slow at times. Where as the other group im finding no pay spin after spin. It is just luck i know but you see i look for the fun of it. I like to cashout just like the next person but if i lost my deposit and it lasted me awhile and i hit bonus rounds and close calls them im happy having fun.

Please make sure to do that Gloria. If anyone has any problems, please let me know. We have been in touch with our software company today and reported this. Some people are getting Abode error messages and others script errors. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved in the very near future so you won't have these problems again. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.

I have to say my playtime @ Rushmore currently is one of the longest I have had on one deposit. I know these dont happen all the time and its one of the reason they call it gambling. :D I am counting on that Green Light random - so everyone STAY AWAY :thumbsup:

I am having a horrible run of bad luck on Cherry and Slots. I deposited many times and lost so i even scared to know the exact number. I know how frustrating it is when everyone around is winning and having so much fun.

I played on Rushmore this week and i was able to win and just requested a cashout. So I am happy now too.
I hope your streak of bad luck will end soon. :notworthy There are other good casinos.

I have to agree with majority that Rushmore group do provide excellent service to their customers.

Well so far so good for me with this group. I dont seem to get dead spin after spin. I dropped more then that into club world in 4 days deposits and hit one bonus round. And got lucky to hit a line for 30 next highest pay was like 1.28.
And each slot got 40 spins on a few of them i had 37 spins that paid 0.
 
Error messages with Adobe flash player

Some people have been getting error messages when trying to play recently, the error message states that Adobe flash player isn't installed. Our tech team have looked in to this and have offered the following advice:

The player can check the following*:

1) Make sure your system is running under the last Service Pack Release. For Windows XP that would be SP3 and for Vista SP1
2) Uninstall previous versions of browsers and flash player under Control Panel | Add Remove Programs
3) Download the last version of your explorer.
