Another one bites the dust

Dear affiliate,


I’m afraid to say as of tomorrow we will be closing the UK market for affiliates on CherryCasino.


All existing deals for players already sent will be honoured but I’m afraid as of Friday (26/01/2018) any player who signs up from this date onwards will not contribute to any commission you earn. Please can you remove CherryCasino UK offers from your sites with immediate effect.


However please do feel free to contact me with regards to discussing promoting ComeOn, Mobilebet and GetLucky in the UK market.


If you have any questions regarding these changes or promoting any of the brands mentioned above please do not hesitate to ask.

Luckily I hadn't promoted these, why can't affiliate programs give decent notice. At least they will pay for existing customers, so fair play to them for that.

Just wanted to give a bit of context to this...

I'm afraid CherryCasino is pulling out marketing in the UK market due to a company decision to focus on the other owned brands already established within the market.

The CherryCasino UK content was only accessible to a very limited amount of affiliates (40 odd) and due to this only those affiliates with access were informed of this decision via email. As said in the email, all existing customers revenue share deals will be honoured but we are asking our affiliates to stop promoting CherryCasino to UK customers. We do understand that this is short notice, however as we had a limited number of approved affiliates actively promoting the brand, we have been able to speak personally to each of them to explain the decision.

We're very happy to talk to all these affiliates promoting CherryCasino in the UK to discuss deals for ComeOn, Mobilebet and GetLucky in the UK market.

I am always available via PM, skype or email to discuss this privately if any one wishes.

Cherry started with a lot of promise for affiliates in the UK but you dropped the attractive sign-up bonus (without letting affiliates know of the changes risking a ASA fine) and then there was the non-stop issues with debit/credit card authorisation before depositing.

Thanks for your response. With regards to the change of the welcome offer for UK customers, this was changed on 22nd December. We contacted all affiliates about the changes via email as well as posting the information on our website blog and GPWA. I do apologise if you missed this communication - it would be great if you could PM me your username / email so that I can ensure that we have the correct contact details for you.

With regards to the payment issues, I checked with our payments team and they have not logged any technical issues from our side - however if you could PM me with more details I can investigate further. I do understand the frustration and would like to understand the issue.
