Changing T&C's

When I join a new casino I will read all the T&C's like my money depends on it, which it does kinda.

After that I am by no means an expert on all the terms but I know the things that I think will affect my particular playing style and I can decide if I want to give them my business. Every once in a while when I log in there will be a notice that the T&C's have changed with a link to the new terms and a box to check saying you agree before you can continue.

I get the same thing with my credit card or checking accounts occasionally.

The difference is when I get it from my financial institutions there is usually a copy of all the T&C's and a small section showing what has changed from the previous version. Now, I don't run a casino but is there any reason casinos can't do this?

As we all know the entire T&C section can be huge, several pages in fact.

Why not just tell us what has changed?

That would be too easy!

In all seriousness, terms and conditions can hide quite a few important pieces of information and I might sound like a cynic but I think they don't point out the stuff they've changed because they hope they can catch a few people out.

I would hate think that is the reason but it sure looks like that way.

I suppose one could copy the T&C's for each casino to their own computer as a word file and when notified of a change copy the new terms and use some kind of word program to compare the two versions and highlight the differences.

You just sign-up for free and enter the URLs of the pages you want to monitor.
Then it automatically sends you an e-mail if anything changed, and provides a link to a page where you can see what exactly has changed.
