Chainmail HD is another slot to get the HD treatment, this time they have added extra features to the slot also i believe as the pick round now has free spins in it also, due for release in July.

Microgaming also announced 3 more tournament slots to be coming out yesterday Terminator 2, Centre Court and Sure Win HD, with a €100,000 prize pool T2 tourney next month.

Tad disappointed with this years release

no major release this year last year there was GOT Jp and T2

so far all the slots this year is low key play it now and then but they don't deserve a exclusive deposit or a session

hope something major will b released soon

This slot was almost always lucky for me, waiting anxiously for it's redesign :D

Sorry, you always had luck... on a Microgaming slot? What's your secret? Did you sell your soul to a demon? :D

haha, the secret is the Auto-Play, making sure you afford at least 100 spins;
5 coins / bet (with all paylines active) always brought me luck in auto-play.
Usually when I get the bonus feature, or a big win, I quit that slot and go for another.
The secret is not to get carried away, and to know when to cash out (hard as hell - it's been almost one year since my last cashout ).
I usually play just for fun, small amounts with big bonuses, trying different techniques to increase my playtime.

The only place where I actually play to win are landbased casinos...

These HD releases are a waste of time IMO.

Some players may prefer the old classic versions, especially those players with more 'time served'

I know I used to love the original 'Adventure Palace' the replacement doesn't even come close.

I agree 100%. They better leave my favourite older slots alone Thunderstruck, Agent Jane Blond, Ladies Nite and Spring Break. If they modernize them I will be upset beyond measure. Why change something that is not broken? MG needs to put that money and energy into coming up with an awesome original slot which is something they have not done in a long time. I am afraid I'm losing faith in Microgaming:(

Spot On ^^ !! You've named a good few of my fave there too !!

I did play Chain Mail years ago but wasn't impressed then so sure I wont be with this release either!

MG defo need some 'fresh blood' - The answer is so simple, 'Ask the customer!!' - I'm confident between us alone on CM, together with the 1,000's of other players input they could create some profitable, whilst fair and enjoyable slots, easy peasy :p

This is a departure from the "set in stone" ethos for existing games if they are messing around with the paylines and features, rather than just upgrading the graphics. It will also mean that the TRTP will change, even if only slightly. This could cause trouble for them with the UKGC as they could easily slip up and forget to update the figure when they swap out the old version for the new one. This would be a technical breach of their licence.

Did they change the bonus round? I cna't remember that i was able to win free spins as well during the picking round?! :)
The old version definitely didn't have free-spins - I used to play it a lot! ;)

This new Chain Mail must be quite dramatically different: the old jackpot was bet x6,000, the new one is $120,000!
