I just spoke to Alex on support but I think its not you, The game chicago is giving me a error message to log in, Please see pic,

I have spoke to him a few times and I rarely talk to help and he always know the score, I was told your not the same Alex but hey, When do I listen to CS :) The thing is I have not been loged out, I only tried a few nova and they open ok, If you want me to try the rest than please say the word I will test to see,

We are aware of this issue. For now available Novomatic games in UK are: Book of Ra, Book of Ra deluxe, Columbus deluxe, Dolphins Pearl deluxe, Flame Dancer, 7 Golden Sevens, Indian Spirit, Just Jewels deluxe, Katana, Lord of the Ocean, Lucky Lady's charm, Power stars, Rumpel Wildspins, Sharky, Sizzling hot deluxe and Win Wizard.

In following weeks we will add more.

I typed in nov and I am sure all these are novamtic games, Didn't think mega joker was bt it was there, Theses are the games that give me the measseag all the rest are good

bear tracks / captain venture / chicago / hold your horses / knights quest / mega joker abit it staes mega joker 2 / queen-of-hearts-deluxe /

had a look of course as soon as i heard novo slots :)

some of the bet/line and min lines are not fully configurable, not sure if this is by choice or some further configuration required,

for example, Book of Ra Deluxe is min bet/line 0.05 and min lines is 5.

I know some will definitely want to play at lower than 0.50 total bet on 10 lines especially for the high variance slots.
 
Agreed for sure, me for one of probably many.

Like to play 0.20/0.40 bets on these slots (0.60 if on a roll!) and will make a nice change from my 'go to' slots.

Will be great to be able to play them at Casumo (nice change from the Rhino!) atm, its either land based I play them or very rarely thru Ladbrokes.

So I sent a screen shot when speaking to chat by email, Well just take a look at the reply, Its not good enough Alex, I try helping out casino to be told the box stranded bull shit, What possible can clear cookies do?

Sorry about the mixed information, we have informed our employee about this. There are 16 games available for UK players: Book of Ra, Book of Ra deluxe, Columbus deluxe, Dolphins Pearl deluxe, Flame Dancer, 7 Golden Sevens, Indian Spirit, Just Jewels deluxe, Katana, Lord of the Ocean, Lucky Lady's charm, Power stars, Rumpel Wildspins, Sharky, Sizzling hot deluxe and Win Wizard. Some users are still able to view thumbnails from games that aren’t available in the UK. We are working on resolving this issue.

We will add more games in the following weeks and we’ll keep you posted. Stay tuned.
 
When I heard that casumo Had welcomed Novomatic on board I threw a cheeky £30 on and played some katana on 40p, as expected no bonus rounds but good to see there are a good selection of novo games to play, might have to have a decent session on these in the next couple of months. Wonder if Casumo will be nice enough to chuck a deposit bonus my way when I decide to do so haha

Aha so there was something going on with novomatics. A few days ago i wasnt able to play them and quickspin games either. I only play from mobile phone since the website is so freaking hard on video card and processors of our laptops. 2.6ghz, 8gbram , win7, 1g videocard, 300mbs internet and still slow as the brain of the average ...group of people i could have but am not going to insult....

Are games slow on Casumo or in general? If Casumo was in question can you send me a details on PM when it happened (time and date) so I can send the feedback to our tech support.

The site has been running slow, the last day or two for me, I will admit not as bad as michielm1 pointed out but you can tell it was not on normall speed.

I was whaching a stream the other day and somebody said as soon as the real race has finished it should get rid of the lag ? Now I personaly would not of thought that was the problem,

Again I follow up with Jons message I really canot play them novas at that price, Just to much for me :(
By the way Jon I think I missed your birthday also the other day, Hope all went well and them wins was a nice prezzie :)

I finally fluked the feature on LLC the other day. 0.50euro bet.

Expecting big things after the amount of videos I've seen of that game....:eek:

Ended in dismay lol, 28 euros. Another pants feature on Flame Dancer but then hit 55 euros on Book of Ra so managed a small cash out in the end, good to play some games I'm not used to :thumbsup:

Trouble is reelking is 20p min line, full lines a spin is 4 euro a spin, couldn't find fairy queens and not showing in search box?

lol nor mine bud, grieves me to spin at 0.40, can only dream of spinning at ten times that amount :eek:

If I remember they had these 'teething problems' with the original Novo games (Lucky Lady, Rumpel etc) and got it sorted pretty quick :)
 
Question for Alex:

When are you finally able to transfer Euro accounts to £ accounts? I am not depositing at Casumo for the reason that my bank charges a commission on foreign transactions when using my debit card.

Surely it can't be that difficult to make my Euro account (created when there was no option but to use an Euro account) a £-sterling account!!!!

It's not hard I had an $ account at Casino Room and I helped Casino Room with a promotion they had going and they asked if I rather have £ account and they would pop some no strings cash in it I accepted and it was done.

Just like that....

I gave up on Casumo because off there early morning maintenance when they would just pull the slots no warning given, happened two many times for me never been back to deposit since.

And if that could be explained and dealt with appropriately and I could have a £ account I might make the odd deposit to play Novo's.

I play in the morning sometimes to late morning...

Last week I deposited in £ and when it hit my account it was in £ for a split second, So it went in on £ than converted to Euro, I have not bought this up with any person yet as I forgot about it, So without a doubt they have this in place as why other reason would it show a £ sign? If I blinked I would of missed it, With the £ naely as much as the Euro now or not far of its actually a bad deal for £ users with the fees involed
 
This might sound a bit daft but some may 'get me' lol

I used to prefer to play at Casumo in euros, would be a straight cash deposit but would seem like I'd got a bonus (in the form of extra play 'credits') but with no associated WR. - My £25GBP deposit would equate to roughly 35 euros.

Only downside was when it was cash out time and converting back to GBP.

Since this Brexit nonsense (yes its nonsense but not getting into that, another time, another place) there is now not much difference between £ and euro yet Skrill/ the bank still maintain these fees.

I love this casino but it does piss me off when a decent withdrawal is made and the amount Skrill decide to 'help themselves' to just to convert.

New accounts are GBP as a friend of mine has recently joined and started making deposits, so IMO not that hard to change us over!

I feel you with the exchange rubbish and with skrill making up there exchange rate there side,

After the exchange rate and conversion now we are probably worse of than if we played a site using £, But at the minute I can live with that, My withdraws are dead 30 minutes, So I know if I got a win than I would have the cash pretty quick,

With changing to £ you said a friends account is in £ and as I said above my deposit went on in £ the other day but swiftly changed to Euro, I do hope if we can change & would not effect account, As remember a while ago there was a few sites that allowed us to change but they had to reset account, Bugger that one lol
