Can anyone clarify that they are still having problems?

I have just done the Fort Friday £50 Match and its saying "cancelled" and wagering contribution is reading £0.

Support are completely clueless. Anyone else having issues? I noticed several were a few weeks ago.

There is a thread in bonus complaints about the issues they are having with the bonus system.

I had the same problem tody but just played my balance down to 0 as I cba arguing with them again

Ive played a few of the others and all was ok, Your got to get the right cs as I have noticed across the brand that some are just usless
