Made a withdrawal on 24th November, been pending ever since, meant to take 72 hours ended up being a week nearly before checking I've managed to give them everything they've asked for but keep demanding back of an old card which I stated I can't give as no longer in use and bank has rejected the request to give proof of ownership of old card as such a weird request and never heard of it before.

I spoke to live chat and he agreed and spoke to the team and said front of card and statements from the deposited date were fine but going around in circles still asking for back of card.

I was soft verified? I triggered a big boy verification as never had issues or requests for I'D on genesis casinos before for a measly 1.1K


Phone line is down, live chat is nearly "busy" all the time I think this will be dragged on and on as seen similar issues on here and other sites, any way to speed this progress up?

The bank refuse to give you information of old cards that you have owned? I find that interesting to be honest. When I asked my bank for a proof of ownership they sent me a list of cards I used to own, date of account opening as well as closure date and end-balance.

Yep bank said it was a strange request which would require high end management and even then they may not do it like getting blood out of a stone
