Exclusive, Worldwide Patent License Agreement

San Jose, Costa RicaCasinoWebcam, the leader in live online gaming software, has entered into an exclusive license agreement for U.S. patent 5,800,268, which covers the method of remote wagering on live games and events utilizing electronic transactions, and its corresponding foreign patents pending in Europe, Australia and Canada.
Under the terms of the agreement, CasinoWebcam has the exclusive, worldwide right to sub-license the patents to gaming operators, and will cooperate with Home Gambling Network and Mel Molnick in their efforts to enforce the patent.
