Casinoval-esque?

Ok, so I got a tenner from the casino (Casinoval) for my birthday (dont recall signing up there lol), and have been playing and am over $600 ($50 max cash-out). Reviewing the threads it seems I shouldn't hold my breath on the 50.

However, I like the GAMES
The question: any good reliable casinos out there that use this software?

That's Amuzi Gaming, and I think that's the only casino that uses it.

It seems like the casino and the software sort of started at the same time, so maybe it's more like 3Dice - a casino that has their own software, rather than a software that's licensing to different places. I seem to recall once trying to download it and not being able to so I've never played any of the games and don't know much about the casino at all, but I remember seeing a couple of the stacked wild games that seemed (to me at least) to be sort of ripoffs of Wolf Run and that other similar playing cowboy one that you see in B&M casinos.

Who knows though, try cashing out and see if you get anywhere...?

Yeah, I've nothing to lose by trying save a little time; just didn't seem solid from other threads and hoped there might be more like it.
The games DO look like rip-offs, but sadly, as a Canadian I can't pay the originals online

Well I just took a quick look at grumbles and they don't have a single complaint for that casino - maybe take it as a good sign since if people don't come to Bryan they'll go there.

Also just read through an old thread here and a couple people from here played the ND and did get paid, one was pretty quick and another one was eventually. Also in the other thread Bryan mentioned that Amuzi Gaming didn't have a website, now they do - not much there except a video but it's about as much info as RTG has.

So I'd say put in a WD and wait and see. As long as you're comfortable sending your ID.

I think you will find terms similar to that in the general T&Cs of nearly all casinos... it's called Covering Your Ass!

I think you are being a little harsh with your criticism of this casino: you've won the maximum allowed on a free-chip and all you seem to be doing is complaining about it...

Oh, is this NOT the forum where we criticize or praise casinos, so others have feedback? Going through the process on a free chip helps determine whether there's any point putting in real cash
and by the way, winning and receiving funds are NOT the same beast

Tried their games again & got a small (first) winning & made a withdrawal.
Sent in the requested papers.
Talked with live support:
it takes 5 to 12 work days to be processed, counted from the day you sent the docuements.

What??

I complained to support of course & asked her to try to hurry it up.

Got mine today.
I actually had to google the holdings company to see where it came from, since I never got the verification form into them (no printer/fax/scanner), so definitely a nice surprise.

I also got my withdrawal today!

Took a while though... 7-8 days. Its the longest for me so far.

The casino seems ok to me, with nice games, but they are a bit slow on the payout & not so good chat support.

Ill keep trying them & see how it goes.
