There are casinos that offer parachute sticky (cash used first, bonus never redeemable) x1d+b wagering bonuses which are essentially wager free as you'd have to wager deposit once anyways so it's just wagering the bonus once too aswell. As the bonus is never redeemable you hope to win with the cash and then if you don't you use the bonus funds to try and make a win happens and then if you do you can withdraw or be very close to being able to withdraw.

As far as I’m aware, Winz.io is the only one offering fast payouts with no wagering requirements. Other options aren’t quite the same unless you try a crypto casino like Stake, but those usually require you to wager in advance.

I think its impossible to offer 0 WR on deposit bonus now because of AML rules (so people don't use casinos to wash money). At minimum 1x WR is reasonable tho.

Yep there are a good bunch of "parachute" offers with non-redeemable bonuses. 1x wager. Some casinos get a bit uppity if you withdraw as soon as you win even if past deposit wagering though. There are also some RTG sites with bonuses like this such as Anden Online's "No Rules" bonuses and I think a few virtual/ace revenues too.
