I opened account in casino with signup bonus. Now casinos of the same group send me emails with signup bonus offers. All of them include a clause in TaC, that only 1 signup bonus in 1 casino of group. Has anyone experience with confiscation of these bonuses ?

Of course, it is almost impossible to dig from casino Tac, what kind of group are they memers of, and what other casinos are there too. Its just a casinomeister list of accredited casinos, that gives me a picture.

This should NOT be happening. If they have a one bonus over the whole group, they should NOT be cross marketing the bonuses of others in the group to their players, since they are not eligible for any of them. Since these other offers are not based on your current relationship with them, they are nothing more than SPAM, and coming from the casino this violates one of the standards for accreditation.

Marketing Standards

Must not use false, misleading or deceptive advertising.
Must not spam, and must take appropriate actions against any affiliates or any third parties who do spam.

They have, in fact, violated BOTH of the "marketing" standards, since the offers are 1) Misleading, players are not actually allowed any of these other bonuses, and 2) constitute SPAM as they are not tailored to your current relationship with them which would not entitle you to the featured offers.

Is this 888.com, Reef Club, etc by any chance?

With Belle Rock group you can choose which casino you want to take the bonus - once you've taken a particular bonus at one casino and then try to take the same one at a different casino in the group the software won't allow you to, so you shouldn't have any problems.

EDIT: I'm not positive it works that way for the SUB, but it does for all of their weekly bonuses.

Tut Tut Bellerock, we have been here before. MISLEADING advertising on the website that pushes the sign-up bonus for ALL the casinos on the same site, making it look like you can take all four, and having the clause that you can only take one buried away in the small print.

Sending these other offers to players who have already taken the first welcome bonus is FAR WORSE, as this is not passive (player sees offer on web), but ACTIVE misleading (player gets direct invite to their personal email address).

This WILL cause problems for the 1% of players who DO get sucked in by offers contained in spam - the whole INTENT behind the concept of spamming.

This is NOT the standard expected from an accredited casino, whether the newcomer 888 or an "old hand" Bellerock.

On top of this, another player was informed that a recent policy change at Bellerock has lead to them implementing a TEN DAY pending period on withdrawals, and this was demonstrated by the player posting a screenshot from 10 days after he made the withdrawal which showed the status still to be "reversible". The player was also told that this was a policy decision, rather than one specific to his account.

My feeling is that Casino Rewards will soon get another 5 casinos:rolleyes:

Over the years ive claimed the signup bonuses on several of Bellerocks casinos but I have always made sure to write to support first advising them I was already a member at `blah`and had already received `blahs` signup bonus, and was it ok for me to claim another sign up bonus at `second blah` and they have always written back as yes thats fine. Not sure if this has changed recently.

Always get something in writing if you are unsure.

Don't Bellerock have ridiculous Bonus x 50 wagering on their bonuses?
They certainly did earlier in the year - that was one of the main reasons I took them off my websites.

They still do. More recently, this issue of a 10 day pending period due to a change in policy has been reported, although not yet verified (just waiting till I next cash out from Lucky Nugget to confirm whether this is true, or they lied to the player in question to cover up the reason HE experienced his withdrawal being held pending and reversible for 10 days). Either way, it is looking bad for BelleRock, who either have 10 day pending, or lie to players when they encounter problems.

This latest issue is also bad. It seems their policy differs from the stated terms, but how is a player expected to know whether or not this waiver applies to them when they receive these personal invites to take the sign-up bonus at the other BelleRock sites having played at one. The sending of these invites implies they DO qualify for this waiver, but nowhere do they have this in writing in case things turn sour when they win on one of these other casinos.

Their bonuses only go up to 25% in any case, so can't see why they have gone for 50x WR when most others have stuck to the standard 30x, with the most Generous GNUF bonuses being a mere 29x WR.
