I have now been given confirmation payments will be going out this morning.

I understand your frustration @johnnymcc1966, but we are very clear up front that payout times are typically between 10 - 14 days (this one will be one day over).

This particular comp was free to participate in, no actual money had to change hands. This is quite different to a casino, where players have to deposit their own money to play.

Griping like this doesn't overly help, as we have been very clear up front about how long it takes to get your winnings. We are trying our best here, I am communicating any information I can and am chasing regularly to get your all paid your prizes.

I think it's a bit unfair to accuse me of griping when most of the posts on the site as a whole are complaining about the unfairness of casino payouts,a lot of them justified too. It really doesn't help to get defensive either to something that's simply an 'airing of my views' like many other posters do daily here. It's important to take the rough with the smooth as part of the site's evolution.

I accept your explanation and thank you once again for the comp, but advise you simply put 'faster payouts' on the 'could do better' pile for future comps.
