Casinomax slot issues

So I know Carolina will see this its why im posting it here but I found a problem with your slots. Basically I got the exact same slot 10 times in a row at $2.00 a bet. THEN when the account ran out and I did not deposit guess what it kept spinning that EXACT SAME SLOT. This is a problem....

Is it not because your balance is lower than the bet so just takes you back to the previous end screen?

I agree with @colinsunderland - With another provider you will notice the reels spin and a message will pop up that you dont have funds and it will take you back to the last screen/spin that was played when you had actual balance. With RTG it just seems the reels spin slower compare to other providers giving a quick spin when insufficient funds. I can replicate the issue for you if you wish... Let me know.

So if you were to deposit $10 now and spin, the screen would have a different outcome.

YES but the fact that I had the same exact spins when I had the balance is an issue and it kept doing that on repeat. If it was a graphics issues I can see that but it did not appear to be.
