I had timed out my account with them because of slow w/d's, I decided to reopen and give another go, when asking me why I closed in the first place I explained, they even said to me I dont think it much better so be prepared.

Nothing new with this group - Closed my accounts because of the same issue - Mine were ALWAYS delayed up to 24 hours.

A bit miss and hit with them.
Sometimes I get my WD instantly when selecting Skrill as WD method. At CasinoEuro I had a few WD's processed instantly after I requested it.
But yes, sometimes it can take a full day or longer.
For me it always helped to call them and ask about the WD status, many times I would receive the funds fairly shortly after the call.

I find most withdrawals are processed within a few hours, but when it's over £500 they always keep me waiting for at least 24 hours.

They have had the same issue for YEARS. Its 2018 FFS. Places are paying in under 5 minutes.
