Got an email from Casinomeister recommending this casino.

I have sent them 5 emails in the past 7 days, but they have not answered one.

I was thinking of doing the sign up bonus on BJ, but not if they don't reply to emails.

Anyone tried them?

Yes, Casino-Club is my favourite casino and the sign-up bonus is super easy. They have always answered to my e-mails so your problem sounds strange to me.

Got a PM last night from the manager.

He gave me his email address, to which I forwarded my original email to support.

He hasn't received that either.

He has sent me another address which I haven't tried yet.
 
I have a sneaky suspicion you are dealing with an aggressive spam filter that Boss Media has on their servers. Many of my emails get stuck in limbo over there which is extremely frustrating. Pharaohs Casino was even rogued last summer for non-responsiveness - turns out Casinomeister.com emails weren't getting there. Perhaps the same thing is happening via PM alerts.

I meant last summer (summer of 2007) - they didn't go to Playshare until a couple of months ago; before then they were boss.

A number of Boss Media operators have complained that casinomeister.com emails get filtered out on their servers, which probably include PM alerts from the forum. :confused:

Thanks to Brian for bringing up the mail problem.
Some people must have thought that i am unwilling or to stupid to open and answer emails from time to time.
As a workaround until the problem is 100% solved, please PM me if you have any problems in my casino.

BTW: The reason for starting this thread by Antibes is solved.
