CasinoCasino thinks i'm using a VPN

I have been told to refrain from using a VPN while playing on their site as it is against their TOS.

The problem is I am not using a VPN....My isp is Starlink (I live out in the middle of nowhere in Canada). Shouldn't they be able to tell that from looking at my IP?

IP:s can cause wrong alerts in some system and just get flagged as VPN even it wouldn't be. I would contact casino in question and advise them about this as now they have contacted you and if you keep getting flagged as VPN user again it can cause some headache which could be avoided by sorting it now.

Thank You. I have replied to them letting them know I'm using Starlink and that they can search for my IP address to confirm
